    Squirrel removal from attic

    We asked for a company to come help us as we were hearing continuous sounds in the attic. Mahamat quickly responded. He came did a thorough investigation and solved our problem in a couple of hours. He made sudggestions and made sure the problem would never occur again. He scheduled a follow up as well. He is a very honest person and I highly recommend him.

    Racoon Removal

    I have to say that my experience with k5 was beyond amazing!! He seemed personally concerned for my situation and solved the problem in no time. 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend!!!!

    Mice issue through garage

    I have been experiencing cracking sound at night in my foyer.finally realized that it is mice. I called Mahamat, and he very professionally listened to my concerned and worked in my garage to get Reid of all the entry to my house. Mahamat is a thorough professional and knowledge on his work is great. I would definitely recommend him for his services.

    Removing Racoons and Squirrels from attic and ensuring they don't return

    Mahamat is a cheerful and high professional contractor. He answered my message for assistance within 5 minutes and came the next day right on time. He spent a good 30 minutes surveying the problem (the racoons were making a huge racket) and came back with photos and a highly detailed estimate that showed both the minimum needed to solve the problem and the maximum work needed to bar all possible entry point in the future. He explained the problem and used the pictures to illustrate what he planned to do. He has been in business for 12 years, so we accepted his lifetime warranty and were also impressed by other recommendation on Homestars. He worked for half an hour longer than he estimated and actually lowered the price when some things proved solvable in more reasonable ways. I found him incredibly polite, knowledgeable, concerned with our issue, and--this is unusual in many contractors--proud of what he does and eager to do it well. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Removing raccoon from attic

    Mahamat was excellent, very friendly and professional. He actually went inside the attic to survey the damage (I have previously had break-ins to the attic but the previous company just went on the roof put up the trap door without checking inside) and took multiple photos which he sent me so I could see what was disturbed! Also the opening was in an awkward corner with an overhang so he molded the mesh wire to the right shape and put up the trap in a way to tell if it was opened. He also offered to repair the damage and put the up the barrier, most of all again with before and after pictures. The pictures really make a difference because you usually can't see near and on the roof so have no idea what work was done but here it was very clear. I would definitely recommend him.

    MIce traps and sealing around the house

    Highly recommended. Takes his work seriously and does his best to sincerely help the clients. A very honest and reliable service. Mahamat is the best, we had a great experience with him and would recommend him to anyone.

    Animal removal and protection

    Exterminator

    They sealed my house so I wouldn’t have anymore pesky critters without killing anything which meant a lot to me.
