    Dishwasher service

    Very prompt, professional and pleasant experience. Service turned out to be be complicated and unusual. Ivengi was patient to work through the difficulties. He provided honest opinions and included us at every decision point. In the end, after hitting a final roadblock, we elected to replace the dishwasher - it was installed promptly - all is good now - easy to recommend

    Ktichen Aid and Bosch

    Appliance repair (freezer); dishwasher trouble-shooting; dishwasher installation. Service was fast, efficient, fair and friendly.

    Washer

    The washer broke down. He was very professional, called me ahead of time, showed up as expected, and very quickly figured out the issue with the unit. Great experience - will recommend.

    Fridge repair

    The compressor for my fridge stopped working. The parts were ordered, installed and I got a follow up phone call as well. Reasonably priced and professional. I would highly recommend for any appliance issue.

    Microwave Speed Oven Repair

    Eugene was very punctual and mannerly. The item to be fixed was a Bosch Microwave speed oven. Eugene made a couple attempts at fixing the appliance but was unable to do so. Unfortunately, my wife paid the rather large bill for the diagnostic and attempts at the repair. Eugene left saying that he didn’t know what was wrong and he encouraged us to purchase a new one as the next parts to be replaced were very costly. To put this into context, the oven was under 2 years old and has a retail value of about $2300. It is part of an oven combo set that is worth about $5700. The speed oven is fixed now. The issue ended up being something small ($30 part) that is very common to go in microwaves. On a positive note, I have learnt a valuable lesson. If you can’t get a guaranteed diagnostic then don’t proceed. Other companies offer them and stand by them.

    Dishwasher repair

    I was really impressed with Ez Fix Appliance repair service! My dishwasher needed to be repaired, and Ivgeni came on time and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Great customer service and their rates are fair as well. I will definitely recommend this company to all of my family and friends.

    refrigerator repair

    My fridge stopped cooling. I registered for the service and Eugene called me almost immediately. He asked a few questions which illuminated the problem AND he assured me, while he may not make it until later in the day, he would not end the day with out seeing to my problem. He then communicated periodically via text throughout the day leaving me feeling reassured. When he arrived he was courteous, thorough and provided options. I am very pleased with all aspects of Eugene's service and will call on him again. I recommend him for any home appliance repairs you may have.

    Dishwasher

    Eugene came same day I asked him to come. He was very honest about the issue with my dishwasher and diagnosed the problem right away. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again.

    Appliance service

    Eugene is always very responsive and helpful. He is polite and considerate and is always determined to get the job completed and considers costs every step of the way.

    Dryer repair.

    Our dryer was making a loud squeaking noise and Eugene methodically, efficiently, and effectively dismantled the machine, cleaned it of the massive dust buildup, replaced the appropriate parts and reassembled. He was fast and courteous and, most of all, knowledgeable. Repair technicians should all be this good. Top shelf work.
