    Oven repair

    Response time and dedicated follow up was much appreciated. Eugene did a thorough diagnostic on my stove and repaired it in a very timely manner. Performed a couple of precautionary extra's, to try to prevent the same problem from occurring again. Thank you!

    Excellent service

    Prompt service and very honest. Sent them over to my rental property to diagnose an issue with my washer. He suggested that we replace it as the repair would have costed us more. I appreciate the honesty and the promptness. Their site visited price was also fair.

    Refrigerator repair

    My wife noticed our fridge leaking water from the freezer into the bottom fridge compartment. After a bit of research she found EZ Fix appliance Repair and booked a service call to take place within 48 hours. Eugene showed up, was courteous and removed his boots before he immediately started dealing with our problematic fridge. He stated our problems probably stemmed from 1 of 2 problems: the first strategy of attack was a de-Ice/steam treatment to remove built up ice in the pipes and the second option necessitated a new part. So Eugene attempted to de-ice it thoroughly at first and found that wasn’t the solution. He then took apart some of our control unit and found an ice blockage in a tray within the unit. This confirmed his hypothesis that it was a defrosting issue. He walked me through the issue by showing me the freezer hardware and talking about the part. He told me how much the part would be ($45) and asked if I wanted to tackle the issue at the extra cost. I said yes and replaced the part and had everything back in place within 15 minutes. He then told me to keep an eye on it and if any other related issues pop up in the next month or two he’d come back and attempt another fix but only charge for parts, not further labor. Super nice guy who not only fixed the issue but walked me through his process. He left his magnet/business card on my fridge and I plan on keeping it there to use when I have another appliance issue. The company also followed up a month later to make sure everything was ok. Great service!

    Oven repair

    I had a problem on a Sunday evening with an oven that would not shut off. Eugene answered the call and was immediately able to assist me. He came the following day. He was totally honest about the unlikelihood about it being repaired, as the oven was very old and parts were no longer available. If I had chosen to have his service try to repair the oven, and the attempt didn’t work, I would have still been liable for the cost of the work. I appreciated his honesty, and appreciated his suggestions re buying a new oven.

    Refridgerator and freezer not working at all.

    Responded to my call and arrived within the hour. Quickly diagnosed the problem , fixed it with a replacement part he had with him. Cleaned up and presented a bill that I felt was reasonable. The fridge is now working perfectly.

    Dishwasher repair

    Called Eugene to complete a warranty repair when the technician left because he could not complete the connection of the new drain hose to the sink. Eugene came and completed a very difficult connection. He did amazing work and he is now my preferred contractor for any appliance work. I highly recommend him.

    Dishwasher leak fix

    Eugene was very courteous and professional. The first fix didn't work so he came back for the second time free of charge and was able to find the root of the problem.

    Dishwasher Installation

    I reached out to the company and was contacted very quickly by text. Due to several issues with the delivery of the appliance I was not able to firm up a date for the installation but Eugene still kept in touch. When the washer did arrive Eugene was able to come by the same day. The cost was more than was quoted but this was because in our situation required an extra length of braided metal water supply line. The DW has now worked well for over a week w/o issue and so I can say the install was successful.

    Washing Machine Quote/Tried to Fix

    The gentleman that came to my house (Edward), was very courteous, kind, informative, honest and fair. He looked at my washing machine (It would turn on, but won't run any cycle), and thought it might be the door sensor. He said he will get the parts and was always in constant contact with me throughout the day. He eventually arrived, tried to replace the new door sensor, and realized, the problem with my washing machine is the circuit board. He honestly told me that it is better to just replace the whole machine than to fix it (Which I agreed it made more sense). I really appreciated him taking the time to try and fix it and make time for me on his busy schedule...he even wanted to refund me the money for the service he provided because he couldn't fix my washing machine, which I politely declined (It was only fair to him). Would I recommend this company? Wholeheartedly, yes! Hopefully no other appliances break in my house, but if it ever does, I would gladly give these people a shout!
