    Refridgerator and freezer not working at all.

    Responded to my call and arrived within the hour. Quickly diagnosed the problem , fixed it with a replacement part he had with him. Cleaned up and presented a bill that I felt was reasonable. The fridge is now working perfectly.

    Dishwasher repair

    Called Eugene to complete a warranty repair when the technician left because he could not complete the connection of the new drain hose to the sink. Eugene came and completed a very difficult connection. He did amazing work and he is now my preferred contractor for any appliance work. I highly recommend him.

    Dishwasher leak fix

    Eugene was very courteous and professional. The first fix didn't work so he came back for the second time free of charge and was able to find the root of the problem.

    Dishwasher Installation

    I reached out to the company and was contacted very quickly by text. Due to several issues with the delivery of the appliance I was not able to firm up a date for the installation but Eugene still kept in touch. When the washer did arrive Eugene was able to come by the same day. The cost was more than was quoted but this was because in our situation required an extra length of braided metal water supply line. The DW has now worked well for over a week w/o issue and so I can say the install was successful.

    Washing Machine Quote/Tried to Fix

    The gentleman that came to my house (Edward), was very courteous, kind, informative, honest and fair. He looked at my washing machine (It would turn on, but won't run any cycle), and thought it might be the door sensor. He said he will get the parts and was always in constant contact with me throughout the day. He eventually arrived, tried to replace the new door sensor, and realized, the problem with my washing machine is the circuit board. He honestly told me that it is better to just replace the whole machine than to fix it (Which I agreed it made more sense). I really appreciated him taking the time to try and fix it and make time for me on his busy schedule...he even wanted to refund me the money for the service he provided because he couldn't fix my washing machine, which I politely declined (It was only fair to him). Would I recommend this company? Wholeheartedly, yes! Hopefully no other appliances break in my house, but if it ever does, I would gladly give these people a shout!

    Clotheswasher

    The gentleman, Eugene, was prompt, polite, advises me ahead of time of the cost , showed me what was wrong which was minor (plug was not on properly and hard to see). I was relieved to know that the machinery works.

    Refrigerator

    Amazing service! I called for the fridge repair on Sat night and Eugene showed up next day morning as he promised, not only on time, But even an hour earlier! He really know how panic people are when their fridge broken. He checked the fridge carefully and explain to me in details why it is not working. He quickly serach the parts on web and give me details for the cost of fixing it next day. He came back 2 days after the ordered parts and fixed my refridge, within a week!! The cost is totally reasonable. It' s unfortune that my refridge broken and it cost me to fix it. But it's lucky at the same time that i can find this reliable company/Eugene to fix my refridge effectively and efficiently. Will definitely look for this company to repair my appliances if needed again!

    Washer repair

    Eugene was very responsive and flexible in booking my appointment and get the parts for my repair. When it came to the repair he was on time, professional, and fixed my issue (repairing bellow). I was completely happy with the repair and I definitely would recommend EZ Fix Appliance Repair for any large appliance repairs.

    New Kitchen and Laundry appliance installation

    Eugene was very professional and courteous. I let me him know I received my appliances and he was available to come a day earlier than scheduled. Throughout the whole process, he was providing tips on how to maintain and ensure the appliances work without issues. He was also very quick and clean. I will definitely reccommend him and use his services for any future requests. Eugene's awesome!
