    Dishwasher repair-Aurora area

    The service was excellent. Repair diagnosis quickly and needed to order parts and come back after a couple of days to replace broken parts. All done very professionally and promptly. I would recommend to my family and friends.

    Washer and Refrigerator

    Eugene and E-Z Appliance are great to work with. Timely response, great attention to detail and good advice as to what is worth fixing, and what isnt. Would definitely recommend for all appliance repairs.

    More expensive than originally quoted

    Came on time. But more expensive than originally quoted. This company charged me $25 for travel and $9 to use my credit card.

    Drier repair

    My dryer started making a loud noise, so I called EZ Fix. The lady who answered was really nice and set up an appointment for the next day. Eugen, the technician, came on time, quickly found and fixed the problem ( socks stack inside the dryer ). He was very professional and charged a fair price. I'll definitely use their services again and recommend them to others. They did a fantastic job!

    Stove Top Repair

    Eugene was Quick, Professional, and a pleasure to deal with. The overall service was great. He was able to diagnose and repair my stove cook top quickly.

    He did it again!!

    Weve used Eugene and Ez fix appliance for a few years now (for fridge, dishwasher, and dryer). His service remains consistent - his communication is so efficient and speedy (a trait VERY rare these days, I have found); he is a pleasure to interact with and clearly enjoys what he is doing; he doesnt waste any time and gets the job done well, cleanly, and quickly (in a good way - he doesnt rush things. He is evidently experienced and knowledgeable and wont stop working until he sees the results we both want); his prices are VERY competitive and reasonable, and he just overall exemplifies someone Id be happy to continue to do business with. Great guy. Great service. Great company. HIGHLY recommend.

    Fixing washing machine

    It was too expensive $100 for max 5 min of work. Repair rep was polite and good at what he does.

We notify of our service charge in advance of booking, and that is the minimal amount to have a professional technician come for a house call. It appears no parts were required, and a fast work done should indicate experience of the service provider. We do not charge by the house.     Dryer drum didnt turn

    Our dryer drum squeaked then stopped working. EZFix was recommended by a facebook contact and theyre incredible. They sent over repair person (Eugene) very quickly, he knew EXACTLY what needed to be done and did the work super fast. WE screwed up (by not calling him when we heard the squeak instead of when the drum stopped all together) so not only did we have a belt issue but we also blew out the control board. Had we called when it was squeaking our cost would have been half the amount we had to pay! Live and learn! Even though the dryer had big issues Eugene was incredibly fare with his pricing! I wholeheartedly recommend this company! Added bonus Eugene Knows people in every trade there is so he also helped connect with others we needed!

    Refrigerator repair

    Great service from my nitial call an appointment was set the same day to determine the issue and parts needed. The parts ordered during the initial appointment and the serviceman came back the very next morning with the new parts and fixed the fridge. In less than 24 hours it was fixed! Very professional, polite and knowledgeable about everything. Highly recommended!

    Broiler element repair KitchenAid wall oven/microwave
