    Fast repair, easy to book

    Eugene was on time and did my simple repair with no fuss. Im happy with the work. But perhaps what impressed me even more was how easy it was to book the repair and get a quote. They asked for photos instead of waiting to show up day of and confirm they could repair. So I knew Id get the job done when they came. When I had to call with some scheduling adjustments, someone actually answered the phone! So easy to coordinate with this team! Theyre the only service Id call again after this experience.

    Install replacement appliances

    Eugene did a wonderful job installing our replacement appliances into the old built-in cabinets. Did pre-inspection first and then ensured everything fit correctly. Great job!

    Highly recommend

    Dryer repair

    Leonid fixed dryer and cleaned vent, a few weeks ago. He discovered dryer was not installed correctly 10 years ago and dryer shell was filled with lint. No wonder it was not drying well. He also replaced rotor bearing (it had been noisy). Leonid spent more time than he planned, but wanted to do a good job. He and company were easy to deal with. I will use them again

    Repair two dishwashers - Thermador and Fisher & Paykel

    I have had many appliances repaired in the past and it has generally been a frustrating experience where either the technician didn't know what they were doing in-spite of being "authorized" or they wanted to charge me way more than I knew was reasonable. Eugene responded very quickly, I reached out via an online form late Sunday and he immediately replied and was there on Monday. He knew what he was doing and showed me what needed to be repaired, explained why and costs. He ordered parts and wanted to come and finish repairs quickly but it was delayed because of my schedule. For one of the dishwashers he was concerned it was one of two parts so ordered both just to have both with him and did the repair with the cheapest part first. We needed an additional part which had been tested on a previous repair attempt and did not fix problem, something I told him. Turns out it was likely a combination of the two parts. He quickly ordered the part and returned the next day to install with no additional charges for his extra visit or picking up of the part. I am very happy to have found a knowledgeable and honest repair person/company. My other disappointing dealings with repair companies caused delay getting these dishwashers fixed and expensive repair quotes left me considering just replacing them. I will without hesitation call Eugene (EXFix) next time I need a repair.

    Dryer

    Amazing service. Replied within a hour of my call. At my house within 4 hours. Went above and beyond and dryer was repaired same day. Definitely my new "go to" for household appliance repairs !!

    Appliance Repair

    While the repair man was doing his very best to solve this problem, unfortunately, this stumped him after three visits and several hours of thorough attempts! I could see that he was very good at what he was doing and trying so hard to stop the leaking but this was one problem he could not fix! Sometimes, after such hard work, there's always one job that mistifies and cannot be solved. The followup with his office for a refund of money was most appreciated and I still will definitely call them for any future repairs.

    very helpful

    I was impressed with how helpful the technician from Ez Fix took care of my gas stove. He provided me with both a fix and an a clear explanation of what was broken and was able to repair it while on site - no waiting.

    Freezer

    It was an absolute pleasure dealing with EZFix appliances! From the receptionist to the young man named Leo servicing our freezer. Ill definitely be using this company again.

    EZ Fix Repaired my refrigerator, freezer, overhead stove fan, and gas stove

    Eugene from EZ Fix has repaired a number of appliances in my home and has completed each job quickly and at a very reasonable price. Friendly and professional in demeanor, he answered all of my many questions (including technical questions) to my satisfaction. Thus far, he has fixed my Whirlpool refrigerator, Miele freezer, and my gas stove top and overhead fan. I can definitely recommend EZ Fix.
