    Responsive, prompt, and honest

    Oleg called me back within 30 minutes after I left a message with his receptionist. He quickly organized a time and date soon after to come visit the property. He called ahead on the day-of to confirm, and arrived when he said he would. He was honest and helpful in addressing our concerns about possible foundation damage. Responsive, prompt, and honest – what more could you ask for? Thanks Oleg!

    Interior Waterproofing

    I had a pleasure working with Oleg and his team to do the interior waterproofing at my house, they were very responsive and professional from the beginning. During the work, they were diligent in their work and I highly recommend them.

    Showed up same day of flood, started work right away.

    I had a basement flood causes be melting snow and heavy rain. Oleg from Rooterworx showed up on site the day of. He provided fans to dry out the basement right away. After that they began the work. They had to dig into the foundation, waterproof the exterior wall, install a sump pump. They do fantasatic work and I can't thank them enough for how quickly they resolved the issue. Thanks for the great work!

    Excellent work done quickly!

    We had water coming through our basement floors after our big rainstorm. Oleg came the same day around 7pm and had sent us a quote that night. The next day he came and dropped off fans that we ran during the weekend. His team showed up the following week and were efficient and did a great job. We had to waterproof the entire side our our house and install a sump pump, which was done in 5 days. He also told us exactly how to get $1750 back for the sump pump through a rebate. Would recommend this company for any waterproofing or flooding issues and would use them again!

    Sump Pump installed quickly

    I had rising water in my basement, Sergio came over in about an hour the same evening I called. He said I needed a sump pump and showed me how he could install one under the stairs in my occupied rented basement with minimal disruption to the apartment. He and his team came 3 days later and he was able to accommodate a last minute upgrade to a top of the line sump pump with battery back-up (my request). Everything was done and installed within 6 hours exactly the way he said it would be. He came by 3 days later with my completed paperwork to apply for a city rebate. I am very pleased to have the sump pump.

    Garage concrete work

    We had a very small job. Oleg was very forthcoming coming with his minimum fee. Based on his knowledge of concrete and what was required, we proceeded. Best decision ever. The employee arrived on time and did an exceptional job. There were no hidden costs or pressure to do work beyond what was agreed. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Oleg.

    Sump pump repair

    After a major rainfall appeared that are sump pump was no longer working. Sergio came in, surveyed the issue and resolved after relying it wasn't as bad as we thought. Issue resolved quickly and professionally. Would recommend to anyone

    Basement Sewer Back-Up

    I had a basement sewer-back up issue and got a call from ROOTERWORX within an hour of using Homestars. I had Sergio as my plumber, and he did amazing work! He first snaked my cleanout and then used a camera to show what the insides of our pipes looked like. He walked with us around the ground floor pointing out where the pipes were and where water flows from the house to the outside. Friendly, courteous, and efficient, I would recommend ROOTERWORX if you have plumbing needs.

    Additional drain in commercial unit

    Super professional plumbers! They provided a quote, came exactly when was promised, did the job professionally and final bill was exactly the same as was quoted. Drain works! Highly recommended!
