    Cleared bathtub drain

    This is my first time using HomeStars. Oleg and his partner amazing. Went the extra mile by travelling back to their shop to pick up a smaller "snake" to get the job done. Covered up, cleaned up! Highly recommend! Oh, and dog approved - she didn't go at then! They were here within an hour of me posting on HomeStars.

    Drain clean

    Excellent work well done they fixed it in no time They cam and did the job quickly Efficient guys and have sound knowledge I would recommend them to all my friends

    Did the job the next day. Excellent work and priced as quoted

    We had drains backing up every few days. Sergio spent 3 hours to unclog the 3 drains and remove what was ailing them. He then used a camera to confirm that the main was clear.

    Leak inspection

    They were punctual and very professional. Also very helpful and went beyond the work. Oleg and Serhiy inspected the sink area in my kitchen and the basement as well. Would highly recommend.

    Blockage in drainage

    Sergio is thorough and extremely professional. Same day service provided (clean and very knowledgeable) and explained everything to me. He used a snake and made sure he did not leave till blockage was removed. I highly recommend Sergio for all drainage work. We need to replace sump pump in our basement and plan to work with him on that too as he has strong knowledge about how this works.

    Clogged Drain

    Sergio was ready available within the day. And ready with all the tools. The cost is reasonable given all equipment he has brought in. I will surely recommend him to our neighbours here. He also suggested some recommendations on the pipe layout should this occur again to have easier access next time this occurs. Courteous and very professional.

    Emergency Drain clearing

    Sergio responded quickly. He was on time and very courteous. In the end he did a great job, even staying longer to investigate a possible improvement. He was neat and cleaned up the work area.

    Service

    Sewer was backing up and I called Sergio. He responded right away and came over the same afternoon. He put a camera down and found where the blockage was immediately started to snake it and cleared the blockage. Throughout the job he was very focused and ket at it until he succeded in clearing the blockage. It took about 2 hours and he did not stop until the job was done. I was impressed by his tenacity and stamina. Jaff H.

    Camera Inspection Service

    I met the guys at water guard while they were working on a neighbouring house. With a good referral from the neighbour, I called them in to do camera inspection job. Guys showed up next morning, walked me through my options, and right on schedule they completed the job. When they arrived to do the work, they showed up with a full crew, all the equipment to make the job efficient and painless. I left them to to their thing, went to work, came home, and they were just finishing up and cleaning up. they’re a great team, they know their trade, honest at explaining the situation, honest at costing the job, and the kind of guys I feel comfortable leaving in my own home without feeling a need to stand over and watch their work. They’ve been my go-to for major plumbing work since.

    camera finding of drain blockage

    Sergio came on time as promised. Discovered underground drain locations that I was not aware of and found the site of blockage .He was courteous and efficient and cost was very reasonable
