    Clogged drain

    Sergio came same day for our clogged sink and less than an hour problem fixed! He’s very professional in handling the job and work area giving him two thumbs up!!

    Drain replacement

    Excellent job Professional workers Efficient and showed up on time Excellent customer service Excellent price , best price from other quotes received Highly recommend Have used again And wii definitely be using agin in the near future

    Sewer Drain blockage

    Sergio was very focused and thorough in removing the blockage and identifying the cause. He reviewed the drain completely as well as flushing out materials that blocked drainage. He provided a camera view to show us the results, the drain was extremely clean I highly recommend him and his company, and would go to them again for plumbing needs Thanks very much Sergio for the great service!

    Perfect Second Opinion

    Had a free drain inspection from Bosco that concluded to quite a confusing and expensive quote that I wanted a second opinion on. Emailed Rooter and had Sergio respond back very quickly and come in for a look. Sergio was incredibly thorough, went above and beyond what I would have thought he'd be willing to do and corrected the misinformation I was provided by the previous company. He also broke down the work into bite size recommendations that made it far less intimidating. Super happy I decided to email Rooter and will have Sergio back in the future!

    Great advice and expertise

    Excellent work, made a time to inspect and tell me what was happening with a lot of moisture and odor near my back basement door. Gave me great advice about waiting until it rains to see if the moisture is coming from the wall or from outside, and I will definitely use Rooterworx to repair the cement and waterproof the wall if there is water coming in!

    Sewer backup

    Our sewer backed up and we had an excellent experience using the services of Rooterworx. I called them and spoke to Sergio who said he would be there within two hours. He was able to locate the problem and even ran around getting 300 feet of snake rod and got the job done quickly. Sergio was great at getting the job done in a very professional manner. Sergio left absolutely no mess behind and was extremely clean and made sure everything was left in the right order. He was communicative, easy going and would politely take the time and answer all questions that I had. I highly recommend Rooterworx.

    Drain Cleaning

    Excellent service. Luke was very helpful in explaining to me while he was cleaning up the drains. He came in and checked and cleaned 3 drains for the price. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them for future plumbing needs.

    Waterproofing +

    We had some occasional flooding in the cold cellar and Oleg suggested new weeping tile be installed. It was discovered that there was no weeping tile there to begin with, so a sump pump was needed as well. The crew was good, friendly and courteous, and Sergio came the day after to make sure we were satisfied; he checked out and tested the sump pump, helped with the application for the City rebate, and offered to do a bit of masonry touch-up work when I said I didn't like the look of the spray foam that had been used. So all in all, honest people, good work, and a thorough job. Recommended.

    Exterior Drain Inspection

    I called Sergio at Rooterworx because I have an exterior drain at the bottom of stairs leading to my basement apartment. I just wanted to ensure the drain continued to function properly and was not contributing to water coming into the basement. Sergio replied quickly, and came the next day. He used a camera and showed me that my drain was in good condition and functioning well. Sergio is professional and personable, and I'd recommend him to anyone!
