    Sewer Drain Backup

    Discovered water was backing up in the basement drain in the morning. Called RooterWorx and Sergio called me back almost immediately and said he would come as soon as possible probably early afternoon. He arrived early which was fantastic, snaked and scoped the drain. Fixed the issue all the while taking the time to explain the process, details and future issues that may arise due to the old pipes. I wish every company was this good with customer service and quality of work. Highly Recommended

    Snake and inspect sewer line

    Woke up to find sewage on basement floor. I immediately sent a request through Homestars to have some contact me. Within 20mins Sergio called. I explained what had happened and he gave me a quote and was confident it would be resolved. Sergio also said he could be at my home in less than hour. A man of his word, he showed up when he said. Equipped with high quality tools he snaked the drain and shared his inspection view with us on the screen. The bill was exactly what he said. Awesome job Sergio Now the bonus. Sergio found an issue in our sewer pipes. He grabbed a tape measure and started educating me on property line and how the city is responsible for a certain distance from street. He said there should be no need to pay anyone to fix the issue as it is the City that is responsible on their side of the outdoor cleanout. What a class act. I have nothing but great things to say. I would recommend them to anyone if you want fast, fair price and honest work. Everything you expect in a great company. Thank you again Sergio

    Drain clearing and camera

    Great response time on backed up drain to the street. Quickly got the camera down the drain and discovered the clog. Drain was cleared quickly and plan for upgrading pipe was sent same day. Work to replace drain was done the following week. Sergei's team worked long days digging some holes to get access. Very nice crew. Good communication. Definitely I would recommend!

    Drain pipes repair

    Sergio had returned my call immediately and setup an appointment for the inspection of the work. He provided me with an accurate quote and it was exactly that. Having isolated the problems his partner set up the appointment as soon as possible to accommodate us since I have a tenant in the commercial building. We have resolved our problems the same day. Having finished the work Sergio had promised to come back to install the toilet in order to complete the work even being fully paid. He was back as promised. I would definitely recommend Sergio and his company.

    Support for the corner of the garage and AC unit

    Sergio and his team were punctual and very efficient. The job went well and they left the area spotless. The cost was exactly as quoted and they even helped with a little extra work which was much appreciated. Looking forward to working with them further on future jobs!

    Prompt and Professional

    After a lengthy absence we returned home to find water damage in our basement. Called our plumber who could not discover cause. Plumber suggested it might be result of a backup in main pipes. We called Rooterworx and, despite the late hour, Oleg and crew arrived within hours of our call. Oleg investigated and using a camera to snake down was able to show us on his laptop that the main pipes leading to the road were all clear and unobstructed. We have lived in house for 35+ years and have mature trees on property and Oleg (and the camera) confirmed neither tree roots nor other obstacles were impeding flow or causing backup. Although it was very late at night Oleg stayed to investigate issue. He diagnosed the cause as a crack/poor waterproofing/poor drainage in foundation. He showed us (with pictures) what he would do to correct the problem. We agreed to have him do the work. The very next morning he sent over someone to remove the damaged drywall and spray the mould. As the remainder of the work would take place outside the house we didn't need to be there and were able to return to our cottage. Oleg and crew started the work a few days later. He kept us informed of the progress of the work and sent us pictures of the various stages as the work was being done. The work has now been expertly completed exactly as promised. I would not hesitate in recommending Rooterworx. They are prompt and reliable. Oleg is a true professional. He was pleasant, responsive and delivered what he promised. The work was done efficiently, on time, and in a solid professional manner. I believe the price quoted was fair for the work to be done which is why I didn't even bother to get a second quote.

    Great work. Great service

    Weeping tile

    Serg and his crew were very professional and did an outstanding job replacing our weeping tiles and installing a sump pump. Since the work was completed we have had a few heavy downpours and we haven't seen any water in the basement at all.

    Fast, professional, clean

    I hired Rooterworks to fix a crack in my basement. I was impressed how fast and efficient the work was done. It only took two guys half a day to open up the foundation, fix it and put it back as it was before. There was no mess left behind, it looks like there were never here:) Thank you!!!!
