    Service

    Rooterworx was very responsive and was able to schedule the drain camera inspection right away for a storm line next to a townhouse foundation wall we needed scoped. The cost was reasonable and the service was good.

    Storm drain repair

    I purchased a house in September 2020 and the storm drain at the bottom of my driveway, by the house, was held by a single sideways brick! It was so unsafe and I needed the work done before winter. They did the job by end of season and made it safe to walk on. Had a few issues and they said they would come back next season, when the weather would permit them to do the work. I gave them a call and they came to address the issues I had no fuss no must. Great company since I think other people would have given me the run around.

    Sewer Backup

    Sergio responded to our call very promptly to deal with a sewer backup issue we had in our basement. He arrived on time and took care of the issue very quickly. He also took the time to show me that the pipes were cleared via camera. I would definitely use RooterWorx again in the future.

    Main drain line unplugged from grease buildup

    Sergio was very prompt in responding to my urgent inquiry. He was professional, helpful and prompt in fixing the problem. He showed up on time on the day of the appointment and got the job done quickly.

    Sewer line replacement

    *Edited to add- we are now almost a year later learning that the entire sewer pipe needs replacing. We feel this should have been checked when the first work was done, because we are going through the same flooding problems again further back in the house, so I have removed some stars from this review * They were able to come by the same day we contacted, and complete the job a few days later. Dug out and replaced our sewer line and added a backflow valve in one day, very hard workers!

    Manhole Cleaning

    On time, reliable and professional. A bit pricey but I paid it anyway. 2 visits for the cleaning. Pricing could have been better. Overall good service. They cleared the manhole drain on my property.

    Front Porch and steps

    I would highly recommend, Oleg is a pleasure to work with, I had him come out and look at my dads front steps and porch and he quoted my dad and we gave him the job immediately, because of his knowledge and prompt response.     Retaining wall reconstruction

    Very happy with the workmanship and quality of the work done on my retaining wall. All correspondence with Oleg was prompt and clear. Workers showed up when they were supposed to, efficiently did their work and left the site clear and clean - treating mine and my neighbour’s property respectfully. Thanks.

    Excavation and disposal

    I was looking for a flexible contractor to do excavation and concrete disposal and I came across Rooterworx. Oleg helped me with my project completing the excavation and concrete disposal the same week. Thank you for good work and I highly recommend Rooterworx.
