This review applies to the installation of a residential air conditioning unit. I was quite impressed that Ehsan was able to come next day and get everything set up despite it being in the middle of the heat wave. The secretary also is very friendly and helpful. Ehsan knows his stuff and is very competent at his work.

Hassan and the team are fabulous! Prompt at getting back to me and giving me all the info I needed to make my decision. Answered all my questions and made the process very easy Super happy I found them (they did my AC as well this summer and were excellent with the issues that came up and made it perfect) Highly recommended!

Ehsan was straight up and did his best to get me a reasonable price. As a new homeowner, having my AC needing repair and then replacement was not what I wanted to walk into. However Ehsan took great care of us. Thank you (Didn’t list cost for privacy reasons)

Update 2 - Radiant heat stopped functioning in one zone just before Christmas. Hassan assessed the situation and returned the next day, Christmas Eve, to replace the pump. Thankfully things warmed up before the family arrived. Thanks Hassan. UPDATE- Hassan contacted me immediately on receiving this review and over the course of the following week completed all outstanding work and repairs to my satisfaction. Hassan was initially very responsive to my service call re a leaking hot water tank. Tank was replaced, old tank not removed from family room for over 1 mth and repeated requests. Temperature is set to dangerous level. Room is now always hot due to tank giving off heat. Have asked Hassan to correct multiple times and been promised he would show up. Canceled plans to be available and he was a no show more than once. Also arranged to have AC unit installed. Installers did not seem to have any experience. Electrician required to do final hookup did not complete until 2 wks later. Plaster inside was damaged and not yet repaired properly. Paid in full as I was assured both jobs would be completed in 1 day. Mistake on my part.

The saga with the company is now over a year long. Initially came and recommended we replace a furnace in the process ruined the in-floor heating which now doesn’t work and they still can’t figure out what they’ve done to ruin it. Replaced thermostats now the air conditioning doesn’t work. Have called many times said they would come and never show up. Do not call to to let me know they are not coming so I end up sitting and waiting for them to show up 3 times each time no call and no show. Once tech came to get a report left without saying anything had to chase them for an answer which I still did not get. At this rate may be going to small claims court. Have never experienced such lack of professionalism nor expertise. Try another company can’t be any worse

The service man (owner) showed up promptly as promised. A new tankless boiler is professionally installed, including the clean up job, to my extreme satisfaction. He uses quality parts. The warranty is detailly provided in the following days. The follow up procedure is in placed to ensure that the Government rebate application is to be granted. By the way, I particularly enjoy the part that, as the job was complete, the service man (owner) wrote an online career upgrading exam with my consent. I sincerely endorse his professionalism and quality work and I will strongly recommend him to anyone.
