    Washer repair

    Amazing service. My front load washer was holding water and not finishing the cycle. Called Arni he came same day and stopped on the way to grab the part he suspected he would need so He could fix ASAP. Honest & hardworking, and my washer is running again! Labour charge is a very good price, and he didn’t charge me extra for having to pick up the part. Will definitely now be my go to if anything else breaks!

    Great Service! Highly recommended!

    I would give Arni Services 10 stars if I could! By far the best customer service experience I’ve had with a repair technician. Ifgani (tech) was upfront about the cost of the visit (via email) if we decided not to go ahead with the repairs. He arrived on time as scheduled and once he diagnosed the issue he explained the cost of repairs in detail before proceeding with the work. He was very polite, professional, wore booties before entering the house and cleaned up after himself before leaving. I was expecting to pay cash, but Ifgani had multiple options for payments. He provided us with an official invoice via email prior to leaving and his service comes with 90day warranty which was amazing! If the dryer was to break again within the 90 days he would repair for free of cost. Also provided maintenance tips to keep the dryer in good working condition. I would recommend Arni Servicesto anyone without any hesitations. I will definitely use their services again if the need arises.

    Repaired washing machine

    Repaired washing machine that was no longer draining. It's a stacked machine in a closet with limited access but always figured out a way to get past the obstacles to finish the job. Took the time to fully test afterwards before he left as well.

    Washing machine repair

    The service was fantastic. He was very quick to respond online and was at my place just over 2 hours later. He was thorough, friendly, and spent a lot of time making sure I understood the issue and how to try and prevent a recurrence. I would recommend Arni's service to anyone.

    Dishwasher repair, washing machine inspect

    Choose Arni out of the 3 that were suggested by HomeStars, mainly for responsiveness (next day visit and work done) and ratings on HomeStars. Timing and communications were great, upfront costs were clear. Visit was punctual and informative. the dishwasher had not been installed properly originally and this was determined by Evgeni pretty quickly. He took the time to figure out the best way to get the appliance rebalanced and secured, and then had us run a test while he looked at our washing machine (which was making pounding sounds). For the washing machine he diagnosed the problem quickly as well, and showed us the options for replacing the part that had broken ... and gave a worthwhile recommendation that the replacement (over $700 just for the part) was not worth it for a ten year old machine. We agreed. So overall - responsive, informative, fair pricing. We will go back to Arni for any future appliance issues or repair needs.

    Dryer repair

    Quick response. Very solid communication on his location towards arriving at my home. Very respectful of house and surrounding. Focused approach to issue. Communicated along the way. Stayed with the quote. Only fixed what was needed yet added consultation on what I could see on the future with some possible time frames. Clean up was awesome. Very gracious of business. All around awesome low stress experience.

    Washer Repair

    Wonderful service! As soon as I have contacted them they immediately responded, answered all of my questions, and scheduled an appointment. The technician came precisely on time, was very kind and patient to explain why the problem has occurred and what are the best ways to avoid it. He also gave me a good advice on how to maintain the washer in the future. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends!

    Dishwasher Repair

    Our 5 year old Samsung dishwasher had been malfunctioning. ARNI answered our request immediately and scheduled an appointment for less than 24 hours later. The owner Evgeni proved to be a friendly, trustworthy individual with high moral standards that I would recommend to anyone who is leery of run of the mill repair people. I’m positive that the vast majority of them would have recommended a full pump replacement at more than double the cost, however Evgeni took the time to do thorough diagnostic testing to uncover, and subsequently fix, a few issues that were causing the problems. I will use ARNI again whenever I have an issue with an appliance.

    Appliance repsir

    Our washing machine broke down. Called Arni. They were there the next day! Prompt, reliable and professional. Did what they said they would do and I paid what they said it would cost. I would call them again.

    Great find after some disappointing calls to other repair companies

    After calling Google recommended companies and getting the run around, searched HomeStars and found ARNI. Called him at 6:30pm and he was here in 45 minutes. Knew what he was doing. Removed the circuit board and showed the blown fuse. Searched for a new board and found one on line. Showed the price and said he would pick it top in the morning. Didn't want payment, was here at 10:15am with the board as promised and completed the installation. He is very talkative, funny, honest and very likeable. I will not call anyone else in he future. No surcharge for credit card. Just can't say enough about this experience. Much more reasonable than others were quoting.
