    Evgeny is excellent Technician.

    Evgeny is excellent Technician. Fixed my built in oven which was very complex. Technician from other company failed to fix and unable to diagnosis the problems. Evgeny is very passionate, gentle, careful and knowledgeable.

    Dishwasher

    The technician was punctual and friendly, and he did not rush. Instead, he took his time to diagnose the issue with the dishwasher. He also noticed that the dishwasher had not been properly leveled when it was installed and that the drainage hose was not correctly set up. So, he fixed these as well. He also called to follow up in the days after to make sure that the dishwasher was working well. No other technician I encountered had ever done that. It speaks to the level of the service delivered.

    Dishwasher repair

    The technician is super friendly, and professional. The price is reasonable and clear. He picks up the call fast, and comes to the site in a short time. He's being super responsible and double checks everything.

    Refrigerator repair

    This company responded to my inquiry very promptly and was able to make an appointment on the same day - which was important as water was leaking from my fridge. The service was very professional and honest. Initially, he thought the compressor might have to be replaced, but after working on the fridge, he determined that this was not necessary, so I was only charged for the service.

    Dishwasher install

    Eugene was a total pleasure , he was on time , had to work extra to resolve the unexpected situation and above all was very elegant and knowledgable . He didn’t charge me extra and kept me entertained as well. I will recommend Eugene to everyone , he is what every tradesperson should behave like

    Bosh dishwasher repair

    I called Arni in the morning and he was able to came the same day to fix my dishwasher. He diagnosed a problem very quickly and installed a new part. He stayed to check if the dishwasher works well and gave us 90 days guarantee. He works quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call Arni again and recommend his services to my friends.

    Refigerator

    After being let down by another repair service, I found ARNI Services through a Google search. Evgeni asked several questions on the phone to help isolate the problem I was having, so he could arrive with the correct parts required to perform the repairs. He and his technician were very thorough in their diagnostics, isolating the problem to a part that I had already paid another repair service to replace. Evgeni was able to show me that most likely the previous repair company had actually charged to replace this part, but had actually not replaced, but instead only reset the board, which only worked for a couple of weeks. Since ARNI performed repairs, running great, no issues. If you want superior customer service, and technicians who actually diagnose your problem, call ARNI Services.

    Fridge/freezer repair

    We live in Oakville. We hired Arni to fix a couple of problems with our fridge/freezer. We were very pleased with everything about the service. Arni is very knowledgeable and he explains what he is doing and why. He is reliable, communicative and courteous. We will not use anyone else in the future for appliance issues as we were totally satisfied.

    LG refrigerator repair

    We found out our 2012 LG fridge with bottom freezer no longer cooling in the refrigerator section (freezer was great). We called Evgeny at 8:30 am after finding his company on both google and homestars. We were able to explain what we knew was working and after asking for the model number, went to the parts store first to get everything he MAY have needed for possible repairs. He arrived two hours later after making trips to 2 different parts stores to get what he needed and then trouble shooted, and figured out the problem and got the fridge working great in two hours. He stopped to explain each step and how he was looking for the most common problem first and then working his way to the least likely. Evgeny did a a great job, and his pricing for labour was very fair and the work was excellent. It was hard finding people wanting to work on LG appliances, but he told me that he worked previously for LG for 3 years as a technician and knew everything about them before starting his own company. Our oven, dishwasher and washer and dryer are all around 2012, so we will be using Evgeny again if there are any issues as he is very honest, and will let us know if it is a waste of time to repair vs. buying a new appliance.

    Dryer not heating

    Evgeni was very professional - very easy to book an appointment with, punctual and fair - he quickly determined that the issue was not with the dryer, but with the electrical panel. I highly recommend his services.
