We had wasp hive problem in front yard. Mr. Dharmesh was sent for removal. He did a great job of removal. However wasp made again a hive in next branch. We complaint and Mr Nikhil was sent immediately to take care it. He removed and showed me dead Queen and assured that all wasp will be gone in a day or two. 5 Star to company for sending staff second time and doing whatever was necessary. Both Dharmesh and Nikhil were very courteous . We are very happy with both for their customer service attitude.

We discovered a very unpleasant situation in our condo storage room. Unfortunately it is connected to several neighbouring units and somehow it became infested with cloth moths that destroyed several items of expensive clothing. I contacted several companies but was informed they don't provide the services I needed, including the pest control company that works for the building. Anyway, I finally found Pestisect. Their technician, Akshar, came within a few days, right on time. He was very courteous and knew exactly what needed to be done. All the moths are dead and he left some traps just in case we get some again from the neighbours. I plan to get him to come back in a few months just to make sure.

After over 40 years of owning indoor cats, I discovered my current indoor cat had fleas. Got a topical flea treatment from my vet, and contacted Pestisect soon after to rid my environment of them. Was able to get an appointment quickly. A calm and reassuring fellow named Akshar came out with another fellow and got to work right away. They were discrete, did not wear uniforms or park a vehicle advertising their business, which was important to me for the sake of privacy. So far so good--no flea bites day one of treatment.

Outstanding service! Arrived in 2 hours, clean, professional, thorough, polite, and careful. We have *(had we hope) a very active wasp's nest in our soffit, and they did a great job for us. I would absolutely recommend them, and would use them again if needed.
