I taught was mice making noise from my attic but jack came and checked whole attic. He don’t find any mice or rat traces. He find dead bird. Excellent service and honesty. Did not get paid for job but shown his dedication towards work. Nothing was there in attic

We were experiencing bee problems at one of the properties we owned. We requested quotes in Homestars and Janak was the first to reach out to me with a reasonable quote and willing to attend to the problem the same day. As his company had won Best of 2021 awards, had an excellent rating in Homestars and Google, we hired him. Janak went to the property and realized that there was no bee hive and the problem was something that he could solve with just spraying the place. He called us back and stated that the problem of bees was handled with just spraying and we should watch and call him if the problem develops further and if so, he would come back and attend to it. He did not charge me for driving to the place and spraying the area. I have never come across an individual who goes out of his way to do the work and finding that the work was not what we envisaged, did not charge. This is honesty and superior customer service at its core and I do want to appreciate Janak. We will certainly use him in future and I would highly recommend Janak .for any customer who needs an honest and customer oriented individual.

He was patient, answered all the questions I had and was flexible with his arrival time. when he arrived he followed all the safety protocols to keep himself and us safe. Janak came over on time with proper COVID PPE. He took time to listen to the issue with mice behind the walls and in garage. He took time to remove old bait stations and installed new ones. He serviced all the concerned areas and went into the attic to place bait. He then went outside a d notices a few holes that needed to be plugged with steel wool, which he did. He also placed a bait station in the backyard. All in all, it was a throughly pleasant experience dealing with Janak. He said to monitor the situation for 4-6 weeks and he assured me that if the situation persists then he will return again to remedy the situation. I would absolutely recommend Pestisect Pest Control service to anyone, without hesitation.
