ADT was fantastic at responding to a call at our cottage which is on an island, during the winter. The job was done very quickly and under adverse conditions.

ADT has provided our home security service for several years now and we have been very satisfied. Their response to alarms and system problems is always timely and their repair technicians are well trained. They recently initiated a new system of burgler alarm response when we are away which is excellent. If an alarm is received and we can't be reached by phone, they send out their patrol service to do an exterior check of the house. If it is determined there has been a break-in, police will be called. Otherwise, a report is left at the house, the system is re-activated and our contacts are advised. The cost for this new system is very reasonable and will save costly police charges for false alarms.

We have used them for both home and office alarms and they provide Quality cutomer service and efficient information, making it easy for my wife and I to utilize their product. The old household names are always the good ones!
