    Security cameras

    My three cameras were installed some time back by ADT and one camera has been failing for the last 8 times in the last 12 months. I have had ADT - thru painful long phone calls - come 8 times for the same problem- but they don't do any real repairs/ replacements and the camera goes again on the blink. Rotten customer service, rotten responsiveness and completely unprofessional. Give them a miss- they only want to bill you promptly- don't expect anything else

    ADT

    ADT Customer service is appalling. Once again recently I have been passed from pillar to post with people promising to call me back to fix an issue that has been going on for over a week. The issue was caused by changes that ADT Pulse made to their system without even the courtesy of informing their customers. One of the technicians shouted at me on the phone, others don't know what they're doing. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've had this type experience with ADT. I'm leaving them and will never return - I advise you to stay away. Don't waste your money and your time.

    Home Security

    I've had a mixed experience with ADT. When the alarm triggers we usually get a very quick call from ADT. However our house was recently broken into during the day time and unfortunately I did not turn on the ADT alarm. However, the intruder knocked loose our front door sensor. I called ADT to come and fix. They said they would send a technician the next day from 12-4pm. Waited all day then they called at 4:30pm saying they could not come. So I rebooked with them the next day from 2-6pm the next day. The tech came at 7pm. I thought they would send the tech first thing after missing the call the day before but I was wrong and waited another 5 hours. The tech who came was excellent, but I was disappointed this is how they would treat a long-time and loyal customer. I'm hoping I'm treated better as I look at a newer alarm system, or I'll switch to another company. ADT like a lot of big American companies seems to put a low priority on customer service, then wonder why they lose customers to competitors with excellent service.

    Terrible Customer Service

    I disputed a bogus charge, it took over 6 months for them to review (they don't even let you speak to someone you write and email and they decide an answer) - just one of many customer service issues. Also good luck speaking to them outside of 9-5. suffice to say I have cancelled my service.

    issues with monitoring station and customer service

    Very poor customer service. Monitoring station does not appear to follow customer profile instructions. Have been told twice that customer service would call me. Once in May 2017 and another one June 2017. No follow up.

    Worst customer service! Be careful!

    I had one of the worst customer service experience with ADT company when I tried seeking residential security package for our new resident. I felt so much disappointed that I have never been before in my life. Stop wasting your time and money! Try other companies they are resonable and with much more better options!

    STAY AWAY FROM ADT

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had alarm system insalled March 1 and still an outstanding problem. Support says email them and email response " Thank you for contacting the Technical Assist Group. We are sorry to hear you are having difficulties. For assistance please contact our sales team at 1-800-238-2727. " TECH OR SALES???? STAY FAR AWAY FROM ADT I have spent hours on the phone. I cant get anywhere.

    Great product but app could use an upgrade

    System works fine - feel safe with system and cameras. The app could use an upgrade - the fingerprint Id always expires and I need to enter my password...what's the point of even offering it

    Shady and unethical company

    Where do I even start . The customer reps are untrained,rude and speak to you as if you are stupid and hang up if you ask to speak to a supervisor. They don't send invoices with correct company information on them in the mail .and are untruthful about receiving payments ! They have been nothing but a hassle to deal with since I've been in business with them and am currently having my affairs with them investigated as I am now at risk for fraud due to their negligence, you get what you pay for , and trust me , it's not worth it.

    Upgrading alarm system

    We spoke to 8x people 4x people and 4x complaints no follow up and follow through or processs, pricing is made up and no two sales agents could duplicate price
