Al saved me from the mess of an treehouse deck another contractor left incomplete. Al and his team got started right away. He kept me up to date on the project, was cost effective, and left everything clean and tidy at the end of the day. Al offers financing, which helped me our of a terrible situation. I now have a beautiful quality built deck. Top Island Construction is the best! Highly recommend!

I feel so fortunate to have Alan and his crew doing my Renos. Their professionalism in every way was so refreshing and everything they did was done with care and precision to the nth degree. I appreciate the time Alan took going over every stage of the Reno, making sure I was aware of every aspect, especially, as with the new decking, showing me where the foundation for the decking needed to be strengthened to support it properly. I know my house will withstand the heavy Southeasters now, knowing what went into the siding installation and the new windows that have been installed and sealed properly. Everything that has been said In previous reviews is so right on. He is honest, forthright and very personable - has incredible patience.and listens intently and is the best Carpenter & Contractor I've met since my Dad. Also, his Professional Subcontractors are all exceptional.
