    Back Porch

    Top Island is the best contractor in Campbell River. I will only them going forward. I can't say enough about how positive my experience was. We have had a lot of bad experiences with various contractors and trades, and these guys were top notch! The service, professionalism and quality were superb!!!

    replace siding on our house

    Old siding off, new siding on. Efficient, careful, perfectionist professionals. Started & ended on time. Cleaned up each day. Went above and beyond expectations to be helpful and considerate. Highly recommend Top Island Construction for large or smaller projects.

    Bonus Room add on / siding

    Alan & Chris are professional, helpful and efficient. Always showed up on time and communication was excellent. Attention to detail was given and advice offered when needed. Highly recommend!

    Interior renovation

    Alan and his crew at Top Island Construction did an awesome job on my reno project. They were honest, hard working, efficient, punctual, tidy, polite and professional. The advice was insightful and the quality of the work was impressive. The quote was accurate and the price was fair. I would highly recommend Alan for any of your construction needs.     Bathroom renovation

    Couldn’t have received better service. Good communication on timeline. Prompt, efficient, thorough! The job was very well done. And they cleaned up after themselves everyday. We had a slight adjustment in the work we needed done and they were very flexible. Couldn’t have asked for better! Really feel we lucked out.

    New Deck

    Allan and Chris made this whole project, which we were dreading, a totally stress free experience from beginning to end We really appreciated Allan’s promptness in replying to email questions, courtesy on the job site (no foul language), and attention to detail. Allan’s colour and style suggestions were so helpful and resulted in a deck that we are proud to show off. We won’t hesitate to use these fellows again for future projects and will be sure to recommend them to others!

    Deck with Pergola

    Alan and Chris did a fantastic job replacing our deck and adding a pergola. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and always kept the work area tidy at the end of the day. Alan is very knowledgeable and thoroughly walked us through every step of construction. We couldn't be happier with the end result! We would not hesitate to reccommend Alan to family and friends!

    Deck

    Top Island did a great job on our composite deck. They showed up promptly when they said they would. They willingly discussed building and finishing options to be sure our ideas and needs were met. Appreciated their attention to detail and clean up was exceptional. Very happy with final product!

    Front porch

    The workers did an excellent job. They worked hard, respected social distancing and were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend over and over!

    Window and siding total replacement

    Alan and his team did an excellent job with the removal and installation of our windows and siding. They were incredibly clean, professional and efficient. I would recommend Top Island Construction to friends and family and will definitely utilize their services in the future.
