    Wall or floor tiling: New installation; 70 sq ft
    Very friendly and professional. Did an excellent job replacing some wood flooring with tile. Also tiled along the wall and around a window, and everything looks great. Was very responsive and communicated easily. Would hire again!

    Wall or floor tiling: Replacement; 12 sq ft
    We had EMF complete two small projects in our home, a shower floor tiling job and the installation of two doors in our basement. Both were completed on time/on budget and it was a pleasure dealing with all involved.

    Basement floor work

    Emf did our floors recently and we couldnt be happier with their work! Our basement looks beautiful, they finished the job quickly and were exceptionally efficient & professional. 10/10 work, would hire them again as my first choice!!

    Patio expansion, garden clean up

    Did an excellent job removing a lot of brush, and concrete curb, then laying patio stones down to expand existing patio. Great work, efficient, professional and very positive disposition. Very happy with the work done!

    Renovated my whole basement

    Eddy was a dream to work with. When we first asked for his help on our massive basement project, he was extremely insightful and gave us an honest estimate of what it would cost, and how long it would take to do it. He renovated our whole basement and created three bedrooms, two washrooms, a beautiful kitchen, all from a moderately sized basement space. He was always punctual, gave us notice in case something wasnt going as planned, and was extremely courteous as our cats kept running in and out our house, and he made sure by

    Bedroom shelving and dry wall

    New fence and shed

    Eddy and his team were fabulous to work with. Their job was not an easy one; tree stumps to deal with, and grading issues from our side. Their work is stellar and was completed exactly on the timeline. I would highly recommend his services and will be using again.

    Vinyl floor

    Eddie did an amazing job! I needed the property ready to go on the market for rent and he had everything ready in a couple days. Attention to detail was top notch and left everything clean. Im a happy costumer, definitely recommend.
