Eddy and his crew were fantastic. Super communicative, incredibly diligent and hardworking, and created a gorgeous parking pad for my vehicle. Definitely hit these guys up for your construction needs!

We had a hard time searching for someone to redo our front concrete steps since we knew no one who had previously had this work done on their house. We weren't even sure what this job was called. Some companies simply put a coating on the porch, but EMF proposed actually cutting down some of the concrete so they could lay tile/slabs down (which seems like a more long-lasting solution). We were a little apprehensive going with a company without a personal reference. But we needn't have worried. EMF did an outstanding job! From start to finish, we were impressed by their work. They started soon after we agreed to work together, they worked hard, were courteous and respectful, cleaned up after each day, and completed the job well within reasonable a time frame. The finished job exceeded our expectations and we simply love our new porch! Several of our neighbours subsequently asked for them for information or quotes so that's probably the best indicator of a job well done. Would highly recommend them!

Eddy and his team were great. Very professional, very friendly, great to work with. He gave me a straight up quote and broke down the work that needed to be done. He gave me great suggestions and tips. I added new concrete to my yard and the work is outstanding. He read my mind and did exactly what I wanted. That's rare these days.

I had a very good time when EMF Construction worked on the rebuilding of my front concrete porch. My concrete porch was deteriorated and I could see the rusted steel rebars because the old concrete was ripped off. Instead of repairing it, I decided to replace it with a new one. Then I went on Home Stars and got two quotes. After the comparison in every aspect, I decided to choose EMF construction. The reason I chose EMF due to the following reasons: First of all, Eddy and his team are friendly and easy-going. When I talked to them I felt we were friends. Secondly, they are professional. During the time they worked on the porch, I found they are not new to the concrete work. They are very professional and very good at concrete work. Finally, when unexpected things happened, they don't shortcut and always solve the problem in a professional way. In conclusion, if I have some concrete work, I will definitely ask him again.

Eddy and his guys did a fantastic job on the foundation repair at my home. Very friendly crew, excellent communication, good attention to details, quality work, and fair prices. The job site was also kept clean and tidy. True professionals. Will hire again.

The EMF team did a wonderful job on our front yard. The previous interlocking front steps and parking pad were improperly laid years ago and falling apart. Eddy and his team ripped out all of the old materials, and built us a new modern designed concrete parking pad with new natural stone front steps. Eddy and his team are a rare breed among contractors. He is honest, creative, hard working, sticks to timelines, and flexible. He takes pride in his work, and doing a great job. We will be using him and his team for future jobs.

Eddy is highly professional, and more importantly very trustworthy. He strives to fully satisfy all his customers. Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive to make one’s renovations go smoothly. We had concrete poured from the back to the front of the house to accommodate our granite stone. Outdoor windowsills replaced and repair of bricks on the house as well parging of our foundation walls. Also removal and installation of brand new fence.
