    Complaint - Fridge Repair

    A technician came to my house and fixed my fridge, about a month after the repair, the fridge broke again due to rust and now it is not fixable and I have to buy a whole new fridge. The technician claimed everything was fine but because of him, I have to waste a lot of money to buy a new fridge. The technician did not tell me about the rust and because of that, I have to buy a new fridge. This is unacceptable since I paid $450 which is a huge sum of money just for my fridge to break because of the technicians claim. I need all my money back because this is unacceptable. I need a REFUND!!!!!

    Dryer Repair

    Sam, from Fixify was very keen in finding out what was wrong with my dryer. He came prepared and brought the additional parts with him. I will recommend to my family and friends!

    Dryer repair

    Fixify technician did a great work in getting my dryer working up. He is a great technician. Would recommend it to my friends and family.

    Gas oven

    Sam did a great job installing gas line for my gas oven. Very happy and will recommend to family and friends. Service was quick and gas line fully tested for leaks..Great job and very safe. Great job.

    Gas Stove repair

    Sam is unprofessional and not honest person . The repair was not done as per the agreed terms per our phone conversation. Sam agreed for an original igniter part replacement on my Samsung gas stove model NX60T8511SS. Upon verification of the repair, original part was not installed. The installed part was aftermarket, selling for $45 on E-Bay ( Price for original part is $190 on Samsung). The service technician Amir told me the installed part was a newer version (unknowledgeable). When I reported the issue to Sam , he told me "the stove is working right". Picture of installed part box is attached.

    LG REFRIGERATOR

    They were fast and very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable; I would highly recommend this company. They ordered the compressor that was required and installed without an issue.

    Repair dishwasher

    Dishwasher would not fill.. the repair person was on time.. totally professional.. took dishwasher apart.. found the broken pump.. replaced it.. put all back together and cleaned up.. I was surprise at the cost.. but the dishwasher was a Bosch and to replace it would be 2x..totally satisfied

    Samsung Dryer

    SAM was an incredible individual, highly knowledgeable and well-trained. Explained the process to maintain the dryer for longer use. They successfully resolved the noise problem with the Samsung dryer. Highly recommend them.
