    Very Unreasonable

    Spoke to me over the phone and said one thing and then charged me more that what was agreed upon. He didn't even check the unit thoroughly. He came and stated a price without evaluating the problem. Would not recommend Fixify. I ended up paying for the diagnostic fee which he was charging $120 then later down put it to $79

    Fixed oven element

    Sam showed up the same day and fixed element quickly with no issues. Would use him again

    washing machine repairs

    Sam is very unprofessional. He needs to improve his customer service skills. He has zero time management skills and will not show up in the time window provided. He would cancel at the last minute. He will also deny any agreement if the conversation is over the phone, saying he never said or agreed. He may seem a few bucks cheaper, but you would pay more in the end. Please stay away from him. The headaches that come with this guy are not worth it.

    Kenmore Fridge repair

    Unbelievable service, Jan 9th (snowy day) Sam came as promised left his family. Parts in hand he was able to fix our issue with our fridge as promised. Sam is a honest hard working person and I have nothing bad to say about him!! If you need work done please dont have hesitate to contact him. I can vouche for him!!

    Dryer repair

    Called for a dryer not working, they came diagnosis of timer belt gone. I pair for the repair only to be told the timer belt is good, the problem is another part which cost $85.00 i paid that as well. After job was done the workman said he had to take the parts he replaced, which included my working timer belt. Which cost 296.00 in good working condition. They are giving wrong diagnosis to get the job then bill you fir other parts. I called the company but got no response .

    Dryer Repair

    We had our dryer fixed in less than 24 hours. Great service & very fair price. Our dryer was screeching when turned on. The service technician Mustafa came in diagnosed the problem, which the idler pulley needed to be replaced. He took my dryer apart, replaced the part & put it back together. He was in & out in less than an hour. Im very happy with the service. I will definitely be calling them in future & refer my family & friends. My dryer is works like a charm. Thank you

    Electrolux washer repair

    Fixify found a part that no one else could get us came at agreed time, fixed it for me. Very polite, knowledgeable and affordable. Recommend him for all your appliances repairs 100%

    Kenmore Stove Repair

    SAMSUNG DISHWASHER REPAIR

    Sam came on time and fixed the dishwasher in a timely manner. Was able to identify the problem right away and fix it. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
