EDIT: PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW THIS IS THE ORIGINAL REVIEW THAT FIXIFY MADE ME POST: I contacted him in the morning and he came same day. Did the install for my fridge and dishwasher and got them all working. I would recommend him for anyone looking for an appliance repair. THIS IS MY REAL, CURRENT REVIEW: We had Sam from Fixify Appliance repair come to our house to install a dishwasher and a fridge water line. He came on May 25th and on June 5th we came home to a kitchen full of water after being away for the weekend. There was so much water, it had leaked through our tile floor in the kitchen, into the basement ceiling and flooded our basement. Our insurance company has been here every day since completing emergency services just trying to get the water out of the basement and ceiling before the tear out can begin. Turns out, the leak was from an incorrectly installed water line to the fridge and ice maker. After contacting Fixify Appliance and Sam trying to get some money back and at the very least an apology for all the damage, inconvenience and the cost for this… he refused to take any ownership and said that if it were going to leak it would leak immediately. However, the line went from a larger water line, to a smaller one, back to a larger one with how he had it connected and eventually broke loose after just over a month of pulling water through different pressure points. The insurance company said that was the problem, the plumber who had to come out said that was the problem and couldn’t believe how or why it would have been done the way it was. On top of all the damage we now have to fix, Sam also wrote his own review before allowing me to make my payment. I was home alone without my husband at the time, he made me very uncomfortable and when I asked him for how much the bill was so I could pay, he made me login and create an account to leave him a review. He then dictated what he wanted me to say, took my phone from me to review it (and this is the beginning of when the Corona Virus pandemic was starting) and he re-wrote my last sentence. That is why all his reviews are so positive, he’s writing them himself. I can’t speak for every single person on here, but I can tell you my experience. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy after going through all this. Here are the thermal imaging scans from my basement after the start of the clean-up. The blue (dark) areas are the areas we have water damage and the big square things on the floor are the fans trying to clear some water out. Keep in mind, these are pictures of my basement and the leak was in our main floor kitchen… obviously the bottoms of those cabinets are all water damaged and require replacing as well. Good luck if you choose to go forward with them.

My washer wasn’t working. The technician, he came on time and the service was amazing. He had to make two visit to fix my washer, and he provided me with full details on the issue and parts needed. He is very knowledgeable and I will recommend him to my friends and family

I hired this company to replace a dishwasher. The service technician was prompt and courteous. He explained in full detail what he was doing and kept to the price that was quoted. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company.

The technician came the same day and diagnosed the problem with my dryer very quickly, which turned out to be an external electrical problem that required the services of a licensed electrician. However I would definitely recommend this company for their speed and professionalism.

Sam was very professional and was able to rectify the problem right away. He worked very efficiently. The problem was solved. I can recommend him to anyone. He finished the job in a timely manner

Quick and fast service by Sam upfront cost with explanation, same day service when called. Fast and efficient. Explained cost upfront but was a bit more with parts, nonetheless, excellent service. Would recommend immediately.

Sam was honest and prompt. Gave correct advice. Go to guy.. He came on time and also gave me decent price .. No gouging . I recommend him for appliance repairs..

This Time it was our Miele dishwasher!! Fixify dude is fast, responsive, affable ... and most important super-competent! He is now our go to guy for any appliance issue. also... he always goes out of he’s way to find the best and cheapest solution in your best interest! You can trust him blindly.

I called him today he came after 2 hour and he fix it right away he did fast service and he fix it without parts he saved me a lot of money I will highly recommend him
