    Fast washer repair on a holiday

    Sam replied promptly to a malfunction washer on a holiday during lockdown! Quick diagnosis of the problem, clear quote with and without parts and a quick fix. Only time delay was acquiring the needed valve over Easter weekend.

    Most expensive

    When you call he says cheaper rate. When comes different rate which is very high and when he opens the appliance then again very high price for parts. When you ask about old part which you replaced he does not have that. It seems he did not change parts. Lastly after charging too much money he asks for tip Very very greedy. Pl don’t call him Highly non recommended

    Certain details of this review are fails and not true. Regarding your fridge we didn't quote you any price, we answered your call and we said that there will be a service call for $80 in your area our regular service call is only $50 . after the technician found the problem in your fridge he told you that you need to change that particular part to make the compressor running and you agreed and signed, and he give you the cost of the part he didn't add any profit and after installing the part the compressor was running and tested before he leave your house, other company they will cheat you and tell you that you need a compressor to change and it'll cost around $1,200 so they can make more money and if you don't agreed they will take the labour fee for nothing, but our company saved you money and didn't changed the compressor.

    Whirlpool Oven and Socket repair

    Sam arrived as promised, quickly identified the problem and gave me a quote. The quote was reasonable so I gave him approval to proceed. He repaired and tested the oven and stovetop sockets as promised. He left the area clean and tidy. Sam is a very nice guy and a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him.

    Dryer not heating

    Washer not draining

    Great customer service. Washing machine is working properly after the visit. Everything is working now he came on time and worked very fast I totally recommend his work. He was very organized

    Washing Machine fix

    Sam came within window mentioned within 24hrs. Provided an estimated cost prior to doing and work. He provided cost without parts and cost with parts. He diagnosed the issue fixed quick. Provided feedback. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends anytime.

    My dryer was not rotating

    I called on Saturday and they came within a few hours of my phone call. The technician Sam diagnosed the problem and he was able to fix my dryer on time. He was extremely polite and friendly and knowledgable in regards to what had to be done to my dryer. I will definitely use the service again! Well done!

    Washing machine making noise

    Sam came on time even on the weekend. We called him today (Sunday) and he responded right away. Amazing, knowledgeable, he found the problem quickly and fixed it. I will highly recommend him to my friends and family. A+++

    Dishwasher not draining
