    Kitchen tile replacement

    Vinyl tile installed a year ago are cracking. They will be replaced as it was a manufacturing defect.

    Best. Contractors. Ever.

    Recommended to me, couldn’t be happier. The entire team was an absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Excellent communication, super responsive, considerate - got to the job in lightning speed. Were thorough and happy - clearly work well together. Final result was stunning, excellent craftsmanship - it is obvious the team takes pride in their work. They treated my home like it was their own. I would not hesitate to use them again myself or recommend them to my own family. Thank you DRoy -team!

    Hardscape paving project

    Our project was completed by a professional group with lots of experience. They asked us for feedback throughout the project to ensure it was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

    They Get It; You Need to Get Them

    Absolutely brilliant workmanship and service! Superb attention to detail. Highly responsive. Far and above the best home renovation contractor with whom we have ever dealt. If you ever need to say "I have a guy" - and everyone does - this is "the guy" you want to have. We will never use anyone else again for our renovation projects. Clearly the many experts and professionals who comprise D. Roy Contracting Inc. viscerally get that they are always working in anticipation of each of their future contracts. They get it. You need to get them. Our very highest recommendation.

    Pool Reno, new Pool Deck & Garden Wall

    We couldn't be happier with the work and the end product. Devon, Neil, Mike, Sean and the entire crew were absolutely fantastic and extremely professional. Neighbours of ours also went out of their way to comment on the crew and their work.     Interlock walkway, front steps/landing, levelling and more!

    The team was knowledgeable, efficient and worked diligently to create what we had envisioned. They took great care of our yard as well ensuring that the grass did not get too damaged by equipment. I would highly recommend D. Roy Contracting.

    Backyard Reno

    Had new sod, a 2 row retaining wall, 12x14 stone patio, and some minor landscaping completed by D. Roy Contracting. Neil and his crew did a great job and were reasonable to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend.

    Deck

    This was the second project that D.Roy Contracting has completed at our home and we were again very happy with their work. Devon, Neil and his team were great to work with and the deck looks even better than we had envisioned. We will definitely use this company again!
