I was looking to replace a sliding door that was no longer closing properly. DRoy contracting came and investigated and found that the actual structure of my flooring was causing the problem ( old school cottage crawl space) beams were rotting and sagging throwing out the door alignment. The team educated me in what was going on and how to move forward. They took my budget into consideration and were able to safely secure the structure, create a plan going forward and fixed my existing door ! The guys were extremely professional, kept the work area and my home clean and safe. ( as well for my many pets!) I am looking forward to my future business dealings with the DRoy team. Thank you

D. Roy contracting expertly installed almost 1600 sq. feet of patio pavers in my backyard, walkway and drive way. The company had all the equipment and more importantly the expertise to do all the preparation work and final installation. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of their workmanship. They took ownership of the project providing helpful suggestions for the improvement of the design which produced a better product in the end. They are extremely hard workers which allowed them to finish the project in a very efficient time frame. The overall philosophy of the company is to do the job right at a very competitive price and that shows in the final product. The people that make up the core ownership of the company have a wealth of competence and experience, I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Devon has been consistently reliable and dependable for over three years now. He has managed structural work (a new garage integrated into the house), repairs (e.g. a bathroom fan that required new piping due to mold), as well as decorating (e.g. painted the inside of the house, laid new flooring, etc.). He is vigilant (e.g. made important recommendations, like bringing in a structural engineer to check a roof issue) and very hard working. He is also adaptable and maintains close contact with us when unexpected issues arise. He is respectful of our decisions and choices, while making useful suggestions. He even does landscaping. We greatly appreciate having had him on our side with the trials and tribulations of owning on older, somewhat neglected, house.

Devon and his crew removed tons of excavated fill and clay from the property and top dressed with soil. Very professional team, very happy with the results! I would definitely recommend D.Roy Contracting for your landscaping projects.

D Roy was able to handle all of our work in regards to our production area as well as our customer experience space. Very hard working and professional team.

I found water damage coming in through the walls in the front of my house where my stairs leading to the front door were. Contracted Devon to take care of repairing and rebuilding. They excavated the front of the house, repaired the water damage and did the necessary waterproofing to ensure it doesn't happen again, then rebuild new stairs and landings up to my front door. Throughout the process, Devon was extremely easy to communicate with and did a great job of explaining the problem and what/why was needed to fix it. The guys he had working for him were punctual, respectful, and did a great job keeping the area clean and tidy. They even went above and beyond, working through some of the worst weather imaginable for this time of year. All in all, I would absolutely recommend D. Roy Contracting to anyone!

We had Devon and his crew re-do our driveway, install a new channel drain at the base of the driveway, and re-set our interlock stairs. He effectively communicated throughout the process, quoted us a competitive price and stayed on budget. He even worked well with us when we wanted to make slight changes in the middle of the project. We will be using D. Roy Contracting for all of our future needs, there is no doubt.

Had foundation issues and water getting into the garage. Devon and his team did a fantastic job of removing the old steps, repairing the foundation, waterproofing and installing new interlock stairs. The team was very knowledgable and professional. We were extremely pleased with their work and the final outcome. Highly recommend!

The finished product looks great. Very happy with the results. Would definitely recomend to anyone.
