    Kitchen renovation

    Our kitchen renovation was a major project and ASR prepared all the drawings for load bearing walls which were reinforced with a steel beam on one wall and engineered wood on the other. The construction was so smooth. The contractors handled them selves very professionally because of the detailed drawings from Anwar & team. All work was of high standard and I would hire this company again for any other job. Best of Luck ASR!!!

    Load Bearing Wall Between Kitchen &Living Rooms

    Anwar and his team were prompt to respond to our questions and concerns, over the phone as well as in person. A well professional company and offered good advice/opinions for the structural design. They also helped us submit permit to the city, which we picked up at their office. Extremely hardworking. Thank you the entire team of ASR Engineers.

    Underpinning

    Seriously!!! ASR is really good. I got recommended ASR Engineers from a friend and used the company on my underpinning project. Anwar & Syed were a pleasure to deal with and were highly instrumental in helping me completing my project on time! I would recommend ASR Engineers anytime.

    Permit for removal of load bearing wall

    Great experience working with Anwar and team... quick response to my inquiry. Team showed up next day for measurement and city issued permit in first submission.... Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service..

    By far the best experience

    Anwar worked with us to create plans for a basement renovation. We were very pleased with the process from our discussions with them about what we wanted to do to getting approval and a building permit. Will definitely work with ASR engineers in the future and I highly recommend to friends and family.

    This company deserves praise

    Anwar was excellent to work on my extensive home renovation project. I removed partition walls and load bearing wall, enlarged 4 windows and created a legal second unit dwelling (basement apartment). It took 3 months to finalize my drawings. They were patient throughout the entire process. They revised the drawings multiple times for me and visited our property on two separate occasions after the measurements to confirm if walls were load bearing once they were exposed and to confirm if our contractors completed the work following the drawings before our inspection. The city approved our drawings within 2 weeks and we passed inspection on the first visit. The building inspector mentioned the detail drawings was amazing that provided by ASR.

    Really accommodating

    ASR Engineers prepared the building permit drawings for my two house renovation project in Oakville, and received excellent services. Anwar have thorough knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and regulations, and was able to prepare the plans as needed. Moreover, they were really accommodating when we asked for minor changes on the design. Thank you so much.

    Great Job

    I worked with ASR Engineers on a commercial project, their scope included the civil documents for our project including the FSR report, SWM report, and grading plan and building permit drawings. I highly recommend their whole team.

    Really satisfied

    The team ASR prepared the grading and surveying plan for our new custom house permit. We are satisfied with their services and recommend them for all other builder. You will not be disappointed.

    Inspection and drawings for non load bearing wall removal with permit

    I needed to remove a wall for a renovation. Anwar from ASR came highly recommended by a coworker and their services were exactly as advertised. They showed up on time, wore masks, took quick measurements of the entire place. They provided detailed drawings ahead of schedule and even pushed the project through the permit process for me. Highly recommend dealing with Anwar if you need a structural engineer!
