    Structural wall removal

    It was a pleasure working with Anwar. He was very honest, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. He provided multiple options for us to consider and happily answered any questions we had. He also made himself available to troubleshoot issues directly with my contractor and provided revised drawings within hours when requested. We would happily refer Anwar to anyone requiring a structural engineer and will definitely consider him for any future projects

    Site Permit

    We hired ASR Engineers Inc. to obtain a site permit for our backyard and Anwar was the lead on the job. This company is highly professional, helpful and responsive. They covered all bases and acted as a liaison to ensure all work was done properly and to code. No hesitation to recommend!

    Property Survey

    Anwar and his crew was kind and professional. They complete the work ontime. They also paid alot of attention to detail, keeping the price manageable. I recommend ASR Engineers to anyone. Great group of people!

    Engineering drawings for residential deck permit

    Very professional with market range fee for service. They kept time frame as promised Their drawings were accepted from the first submission. I recommend ASR and would hire them again

    Rear Deck Design

    We were very satisfied with the end result. ARS is professional, accommodating and pleasure to work with. Our project took a bit longer then anticipated, due to the town being sticklers, but ARS was with us until the end. Overall very pleased!

    Basement design

    ASR engineers did a fantastic job designing our finished basement and helping us throughout the construction phase. We had three large windows installed to bring more light into the basement and they helped us with construction details and the permit application process.

    Drawing for the entire house

    We read reviews on ASR Engineers online and decided to choose them to provide us with the drawings for all of our house. They were amazing. Showed up on time, measured all rooms and provided great feedbacks. Delivered the first drawing very quickly and revised few times per our request. They then helped us submitting the drawings and the permit request forms to the city and we received our permits very quickly even with all Covid situation. We haven’t yet started our renovation but we are positive the drawings are great and our contractor should not have any problem reviewing stages with the city. Thank you for the professionalism and customer care.

    House Renovation / Restoration

    I contacted ASR company regarding permit for a renovation project. They prepared all drawings and required technical documents for the permit. I received a satisfactory services in a reasonable price. They are very professional and I will recommend to all my friends.

    Requirement to comply

    I must admit I was very skeptical at first, I contacted Anwar in September 2020 and a few others after searching on Kijiji. I received different estimates and after reviewing my options I decided I would go with ASR because he was the only one that guaranteed he would not just provide the necessary drawings for submission but would make sure I received the permit without any additional costs to amending the drawings according to the city’s bylaws. To no fault of his own, the city continued delaying the process and requested different things of which Anwar and his team made sure to comply with every step of the way without asking me for any additional fees. I finally received my permit almost 4 months later and I am so grateful Anwar kept his word and literally held my hand throughout this whole hideous process. I can say with confidence this company has the knowledge and dedication to see projects through without taking advantage of the little people. I definitely recommend them and I’m so grateful they delivered what they promised.
