    Rock pathway at my home

    West Coast modernscapes did a beautiful job on my pathway, I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. The staff were fast and careful and left no mess

    Large Outdoor deck project

    From the initial consultation through the final completion of a large, rather unique and complex project, Western Modernscape delivered an excellent outcome which we are delighted with. Ray, Bryce and the team worked really hard and efficiently to deliver this project on time and on budget. We enjoyed having them on site and really appreciated their expertise, artistry, and flexibility. They take great pride in their work and we have no hesitation in recommending them highly.

    Rock wall rebuild

    The rock walls of my patio were crumbling and unsafe and they were repaired beautifully. The work was completed on time and the clean up left the site pristine.

    Backyard retaining wall, concrete patio

    My new backyard retaining wall and stamped concrete patio with curved seating wall are so nice. We are extremely happy with the work. Ray and Bryce did an amazing job, very professional and easy to work with. Thank you so much!

    Backyard renovation

    My wood backyard patio and retaining wall were too old to use. Westcoast Modernscape help me renovate the backyard with new retaining wall, stamped concrete patio with curved seating wall. They are so professional and easy to work with. The price is reasonable and works are high quality. My new backyard is so nice now. Many thanks for the great work!

    Retaining wall rebuild, fencing in entire yard

    Ray and Bryce did an amazing job completely rebuilding our retaining wall, and enclosing the entire yard with a beautiful cedar fence. The job was masterfully completed on time and on budget. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality and craftsmanship.

    Storm Drain replacement

    3rd time hiring Bryce for work around the house. This time, it's just a small project replacing the old storm drain in front of the garage. As before, Bryce is professional, trustworthy and friendly. He made sure to cleaned up properly and was quick to finish the job. I recommend him to my friends and will likely hire him again for future projects.

    Backyard patio, tree removal, front yard cleanup and landscaping

    We are extremely happy with our new blue stone patio and landscaping. Ray, Bryce and their team are professional, efficient and work to a high standard. They provide great value and attention to detail. When the original patio material was not available the alternative they suggested was fantastic ( better than our original choice). We love the results and would highly recommend them for any of your outdoor projects. Thanks Laura and Brian

    Backyard transformation - Bryce and Ray are the BEST in the business!

    The award-winning team that's led by Bryce and Ray is truly the best in the business! I had been following their instagram before engaging them, and their unique eyes for design had always impressed me. Bryce and Ray are more than just your average landscapers; they are architects with an artistic edge. That ultimately drew me to start a project with them to transform my backyard. And boy, have they delivered! Not only have they met every single one of my requirements, their expertise really shone through when they delivered the final design that's beyond my imagination. The Modernscape team is so great to work with. They are respectful and always go above and beyond caring for their client's needs. They also work extremely efficiently. The entire project they did for my yard only took 10 days. I would highly recommend Bryce and Ray to anyone who's looking to design and transform their outdoor living space!

    Yard reno

    Ray , Bryce, Ian all of them are awesome. I'm so happy we choose them to do our project. The project timeline is very organized. Everyone at the team is hardworking, trustworthy and friendly people, they came everyday even before we woke up. The end result looks fantastic (just looks at the pictures! Stunning! I really hope I have the before pictures to see the dramatic change : ) . They took care of all the messy stuff on our property and we have no worries or clean ups at all . Their rate and estimate is very reasonable , much better than our old landscaper . I will definitely recommend them to our friends and families.
