Very precise custom designed and built piece for my back yard. I was blown away by the creativity and level of professionalism that West Coast Modernscape brought to the job! I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Concrete driveway and sidewalk
We had this job done in the summer of 2019. We were very pleased with the work. The were never any complaints. Ray was very professional and got the job done on time. I would definitely recommend

Interior Renovations and Backyard Landscaping
I hired Westcoast Modernscape to complete several interior and outdoor projects. They did all the things you wish more contractors would do.......quick turn-around on quotations, show up when they say they are going to show up, finish the job quickly and on budget. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with their work and overall professionalism. They are definitely my 'go-to' contractor for my next project. Well done WM!

complete back yard landscape and set up on a house on a hill with a large backyard
Ray and his people at westcoast modernscape took a rough jungle of a backyard on a steep hill and converted it into a usable and beautiful backyard. most people would not have had the vision or ability to pull this job off. The backyard and its landscaping is now the highlight of the home and really makes it our oasis away from all the noise and chaos in the city. Ray was professional, delivered on time, and on budget. Honest team with integrity. many thumbs up for him and the crew.

Split granite retaining walls.
Westcoast Modernscape installed 2 retaining walls in my backyard. My yard is at the edge of a ravine and was mostly unuseable and eroding quickly. Now it is terraced with 2 flat useable areas. It drains well and I think those walls will last for a hundred years. The project was difficult and it was not cheap but Ray got the work done, solved the problems, no excuses. Now I have an extra 1000 square ft of useable backyard, what's that worth?

Bathroom and kitchen reno
Ray and his crew arrived at the time they said they would. This was a big plus for me! His work was to renovate my 70’s kitchen and ensuite bathroom Ray had wonderful ideas about the latest in kitchens and bathrooms. The work was expertly done in the time he said hed get it done. I get rave reviews from my friends who visit. I am more that happy with the renovations.

Wheelchair ramp construction
It was a project that had a lot of hurdles , from getting permits to dealing with soil conditions. They were very patient and they completed the project to a higher quality than I expected. We were very pleased with the results l

A Water Feature was created in my garden!
Ray is a creative GENIUS! He can envision new water features and other improvements like NO ONE else! Ray is also dependable and hard working!
