    Home remodel and exterior (roofing and garage building) .

    I was very pleased with the quality provided for our home remodelling project as well as exterior work (new roof and garage building) that I would give 11 out of 10! I would definitely recommend reliant contractors Ltd for any home renovations, he went above and beyond our expections and is now our go-to contractors for any future projects!

    New bathroom fixtu5

    Would definitely recommend this company. Mirand is very quick to respond and does his very best to get quality products. Mirand is very personable and is very professional. Great quality of workmanship and cleans up totally after each job.

    Roofing

    They did a great job on my house and the garage in 2 days, would recommend to all my friends who need roofing done.

    Basement kitchen installation

    Mirand was absolutely amazing! Very professional, helpful and provided great advice for my basement kitchen. I had purchased countertops that didnt work for my space and he was able to provide great suggestions on how to make the space better. He went above and beyond several times to help me and to make my space beautiful! I would highly recommend him and his company!

    New shingles for house and garage

    It’s great when you find a company that does exactly what it says it will (or more) on time and for the quoted price. Reliant is a company that exceeded our expectations. Mirand was great to work with , he fully explained the job before he started and willingly answered any questions we had. Mirand also sat in front of our house securing the delivery parking spot when we had to go out and the shingle delivery company missed the delivery window. The shingles look great, we’re very happy

    Roof leak

    Mirand provided estimate in a timely fashion, provided a fair estimate and lucky for me Reliant Contractors were in the neighbourhood on another job so he was able to fix my chimney roof leak the next day! He explained what he was going to do and provided me with photos if before and after as requested. Mirand was professional and very personable to deal with. I will definitely call him for other jobs as needed and can recommend him without any reservations. Irma

    New roof

    I was very happy with the service of Mirand and his crew! The quote was sent to me within a day and was handled Very professionally. So fast and efficient. I have a beautiful new roof for a very good price!

    Deck, Basement Remodel

    Mirand has been nothing but exceptional to work with. Honest, professional, and fair. He knows what he is doing and he does it very well. I have hired other contractors before and will now use nobody else. He takes so much pride in his work and will not stop until the job is 100%. He is very honest about timelines, and he shows up when he says he will. 100% recommend!
