Mirand is awesome. Extremely professional and skilled. Our problem was fixed immediately and better than it was before. We haven't had a problem since. I would not hesitate to recommend General Exterior to others.

I had a wonderful experience with General Exterior! They were responsive and scheduled a time that worked well for me. I loved that they confirmed the appointment through email. Mirand was exceptionally professional and kind. He could have been very condescending or dismissive of me (I was completely wrong about something I thought). But, instead, he was patient and talked through what could be the problem. He was right from the beginning, and he fixed the problem very quickly and well. I hope we don't have a lot more roofing problems, but I'll certainly call them right away if and when we do.
