    Excellent Service

    Dryer stopped working, called a different repair shop that said they could not come out for at least 5 weeks! Contacted King appliance repair and Alex said he could be here the same day in late afternoon, which was absolutely awesome. He checked the issue and identified we needed a new heat unit. Took just 2 days to find one (it's a 12 year old machine). Fast efficient service and Alex called a few days after the work was done to follow up on how the dryer was working. Best experience with repair ever! Thank you Alex

    Fantastic service

    My dryer stopped working and showed an error code that signified the control board was the problem. I called another repair service which came in, told me the problem and simply told us we needed to get a new dryer. When I checked on line, I realized that a new control board could be purchased for considerably less than a new dryer. So I called King Appliance. Alex arrived, diagnosed the problem and then proceeded to repair the existing control board. He also did a full maintenance job on the dryer. Alex was very professional and obviously knows what he is doing. I will be relying on him for all my future appliance repairs and would highly recommend King Appliance.

    washer repair and dryer maintenance

    My washer stopped draining in the middle of a load of clothes so I called and Alex from King Appliance Repair was able to come the same day. I described the issue and he brought the parts he suspected and was able to fix the problem in about 2 hours. He tested everything and made sure I was made aware of all the things he was doing and why. He was very efficient, effective and left my home spotless. He was very pleasant to have in my home and wanted me to be satisfied with his work. He called to followup afterwards to be sure that everything worked as expected. I would definitely recommend his service and his prices were competitive with the 2 other quotes I received.

    Dishwasher Repair

    I had nothing but an excellent experience with this company. The repair person was polite, experienced, knew exactly what the issue was and completed the necessary work in the time he quoted me. He understood my reason for needing the appliance to be urgently fixed (sale of my house). He also, was kind enough to call back the next day to ensure there were no issues with the dishwasher after he completed the job. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again if the need arises.

    Appliance Repair - Microwave and Washing Machine

    I had 2 appliances that needed repair. Parts had to be sourced and 3 visits were required to complete repair. Labor was fixed at the outset and there was no additional labor for the other visits once the parts were available. Also, my call was answered quickly and the initial appointment and addition visits happened promptly. Good Service.

    Stove top repair assessment

    First rate dishwasher repair.

    Lightning fast response time, first rate communication, and very professional dishwasher repair. Alex responded within seconds to my late night quote request and was here the next day for a repair. He hunted for a part and snagged the last one in the city, avoiding a long delay. His friendly & knowledgeable service earn top points, but his Covid-care and strong communication take him above and beyond.

    Stove Repair

    My stove elements were overheating regularly. I called King Appliance repair and they set up an appointment that worked for both of our schedules. Alex was able to diagnose the problem quickly and was back in 3 days with the parts. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use King Appliance repair again.

    Oven REpair

    When I looked for an appliance repair technician on Homestars, Alex from King Appliance answered almost immediately, came by the same day and found the required part within 3 days. The actual repair took less than an hour and he stayed to ensure the oven was again working and heating to the correct temperature. Pleasant and professional. I would call them back in an instant.

    Freezer Repair

    We discovered our freezer had died Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning I called several Appliance Repair businesses with responses being 'we can book an appointment for a week out, or we can book an appointment for Thursday afternoon.....etc). Then I called King. Alex got back to me very promptly and said he could come Wednesday afternoon between 1 and 4. He called 15 minutes before arriving to say he was on his way and diagnosed the issue (temperature control switch) within 10 minutes. He then looked to see if he could find the required part. Once he confirmed he could get it he made an appointment to return the next afternoon (Thursday ) to complete the repair. Alex went above and beyond!!! He called that evening (Wednesday) and said he'd been able to get the part and asked if he could come back right away to install it! I can't say enough positive about the fantastic customer service and attention to detail that Alex has. I would HIGHLY recommend King Appliance Repair and specifically Alec for any appliance work you encounter. It was a pleasure doing business with him!
