Alex was friendly and Able to check the Freezer light fast enough to fix the Power to Socket and within 20 min fix the issue and its start working Only charged service call.

Our 5 yr. old Bosch dishwasher quit. There was no power. After searching online and checking reviews I contacted King Appliance Repair. Alex respond to my call, told me how much a service call would be, and stated that he would be by between 3:30 and 5:00PM this afternoon. He arrived at approx. 4:00PM, promptly diagnosed the problem which turned out to be an electrical issue rather than the machine. He suggested a remedy, gave me the choice of having him do the work or contacting an electrician. After he detailed the fix he proposed I agreed to him doing the job and we agreed that I would contact an electrician to confirm the the job he had done. I contacted an electrician, explained the issue and the fix. He stated that the fix he would propose was exactly that done by Alex at some considerable savings from the electrician's rate. I am a very happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend King Appliance Repair Service and Alex to anyone in need of appliance repairs. PS: Alex is a very polite and pleasant individual. He wore his mask while he was in our home and did an excellent job of tidying up afterwards.

Happy the speed of the intial service call. Technician arrived within time provided. Ordered the part and installed it one day earlier than estimated. Very Happy with the outcome. Especially during this Pandemic.

Our tenant called on a Saturday to say that his fridge had ceased working. I called King Appliance repair late in the afternoon and requested a service call. To my surprise and satisfaction, King went to the tenant's apartment the next morning (Sunday), and affected a temporary repair. They also followed up to try and locate repair parts for a permanent repair, unfortunately, without success. But they kept me in the picture the whole time, to my entire satisfaction.

Alex was courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. The door handle could not be repaired but he recommended an inexpensive fix that I could do myself and so far, it's worked! He spent more than an hour and charged us only his basic rate for the service call. His rates are reasonable - lower than others that I contacted.

Great service. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and I felt like he was honest with me. Technician has replacement part with, so the fix took only 1 hour !!! The service technician went about diagnosing the issues on the dishwasher and shared usage tips that no service technician had ever told me. The price was very reasonable as well.

I was very satisfied with the service. The technician was very friendly, worked quickly & took the time to explain things to me. I will definitely call them again if needed & recommend this company to anyone that is looking for an appliance repair.

Broken plastic part in door. Alex from King Appliance re tried repeatedly to fix using existing part but was not fixable as is. Finally jury rigged a solution which works perfectly. Chatge was ,reasonable. Saved me hundreds of dollars.

Very professional. Did not try to force me to spend money on unnecessary parts. Came in time, explained me the issue and fixed our dishwasher. It works even better now. Highly recommend
