We hired Strategic Homes Group to complete waterproofing and underpinning in our basement, among other work. Raj and his crew were courteous, professional, and efficient. We were very impressed by the quality of their work and would very much recommend them to others.

Raj is a true problem solver with a vast knowledge in construction, specifically structural work. I trust him implicitly on my job sites. Easy to work with, responsive and one of the most respectful trades Ive come across in my career.

We hired Strategic Homes Group to add a second storey onto our bungalow, Underpin our basement with walkout and finishing. We first talked to Strategic Homes Group 3 years ago but determined we needed to save more money before proceeding. When we were finally ready, we were pleased to see they were still in business and thriving. We checked not only the references they gave us but went to see a few houses they were building in our area. You couldnt ask for a more dedicated, upbeat crew. Rain, snow or shine, they were at our place for 8 a.m. and worked hard all day. They were polite and would chat with us but not to the point of intrusiveness. Raj was our project manager and I was impressed by his meticulous attention to detail. He would show up on site every day and be able to tell us, with accuracy, what would be completed that day and in the days/weeks ahead. We also opted to use Strategic Homes Group for all the interior work as well. Using Strategic Homes Group discounts at various big name suppliers we paid direct to the suppliers saving money. As with any construction project, issues will crop up. Raj would always worked hard to come up with solutions to satisfy us and would also offer suggestions of how we could stay on budget. I found I never had to wait more than an hour or two for a response on the site but for must-know-now concerns or questions, you could always get a hold of Raj on cell. They deliver high-quality project on time. these guys are the best in the business at providing a detailed quote of what things cost. The price was exactly what we thought, no surprises. If you do make changes to your plan, you fill up a change request form and its added to your budget. Thanks to Raj and his team.

Strategic Homes Group is nothing less than amazing. When we began our project we were nervous and had a lot of questions, but at every step of the way Raj was patient, helpful, polite, and never pressured us at any point. Really, he treated us like family and the final results were stunning. Our project involved putting a second story on our bungalow and Underpinning and finishing Basement with Walkout and Front porch. We went over the costs, they provided us with an architect, and they drew up plans for us to approve. We made changes (both ahead of time and on site) and they adapted quickly and positively. We also went with Strategic Homes Group to do a complete renovation of the main floor of the house and had a similarly great experience. So, what made them so great? They're a one-stop shop for all your renovation needs. They have their own plumbers, electricians, carpenters, installers, demo team, and an incredible site leader who got the WHOLE project done in 7 months. Seriously! Roof off the house, new materials in, all of it, and we moved back in 7 months. This company did a great job. We set up the house for internet. Installed a water line to the fridge. Added tons of lights. Painting. Tile installation. Bathroom set up. They gave us a timeline of when to pick out our materials and have them delivered (or else they went and got them!), and you could talk to them about anything and everything. As far as price goes, they were not only competitive with other builders but far. There were no hidden costs, no surprises that weren't fully discussed up top, and they were great about making everything transparent. I've heard that they might be slightly more costly than other places, but given that EVERYTHING is in-house, it's more than worth it to have a built-in project management system like this. An added bonus was that after the project was complete, they connected us with another company to maximize the amount we could get back from the government as part of a renovation rebate. From start to finish, the quality and professionalism of Strategic Homes Group has been outstanding. They really want you to be happy with your new home and they go to extreme lengths to make sure it happens. Our family can't recommend them enough!

This is the third time we used Strategic Homes Group. Just wanted to share our gratitude to the Strategic Homes team for the exemplary work completed on our recent 2nd storey addition and underpinning walkout and finishing our basement. Raj the owner has been outstanding in terms of communication (prompt replies, positive and supportive language, availability), quality of work completed, flexibility, patience with us and understanding of our changes, and overall willingness to ensure this project resulted in what we desired from it. Raj was fantastic throughout the entire process - from initial meetings, through the development of scope and design, flexibility when circumstances caused a change in budget and then throughout the build. He is knowledgable, transparent in his dealings, customer focused and operates at all time with integrity. Their site managers genuinely demonstrates an intent to ensure that us as clients are fully satisfied with work completed. They are skillful, resourceful and eternally optimistic. Raj has a unique ability to respond positively in all situations whilst still keeping the project on time. We would recommend Strategic Homes Group given their outstanding work and also your adherence to the budget agreed upon. An outstanding experience.

We came to Raj with a foundation wall problem, he diagnosed it and scheduled the plan and the crew very quickly. He disconnected our water heater and furnace, installed rebar and fresh cement to fix the issue and reconnected the water heater and furnace in record time, while keeping the place clean. Excellent work.

Raj came over and did a very thorough quote process for our second storey addition and underpinning for our home. Raj responded promptly, was very polite and friendly, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I appreciated how he suggested only what was required and didnt try to upsell us on things we didnt need. I can tell Raj and Strategic homes are very experienced and competent!

We hired strategic homes for our home renovations . Later due to unforeseen circumstances strategic home group couldnt take our project and honest enough to return our deposit. Well appreciated .

We are ecstatic with our new home. The people at Strategic Homes Group are amazing and great people to deal with. From the alluring exterior to all of the fine details inside, these folks gave us a place we are proud to call home. Raj, the builder, as well as his project managers were very flexible and accommodating, and met all of our needs during the construction process. They also bent over backwards to give us our dream home on time. I had purchased two previous newly constructed properties in Toronto that were delayed by six to eight months. Not this time. Any deficiencies, which are common in new construction, were handled with urgency and in a timely manner. The entire process was stress free and the builder always kept us up to date with the progress of our house. I can't say enough good things about this company. I'll start with "thank you", but that hardly covers it!

Working with Strategic Homes Group was a pleasant experience. They were professional and we relied on their advice when we needed to make important decisions. Discussing the various possibilities with Raj was exciting. The house turned out to be amazing after construction was completed. We had high expectations and Strategic Homes Group met them with flying colors. Thanks for everything.
