Structural alterations gone awry
In spite of making all payments, work not completed and is sub standard. Now going thru legal channels and hope to recoup rightful amount of money from this company. Definitely not recommend.

Underpinning
We found Strategic Homes Group to be very polite and professional. The owner was always very responsive and quick to call back. Our engineer was surprised with the amount of experience he has and asked me for his contact info. There were no cost over runs. The work was finished within the time frame he gave us. Overall it was a pleasurable smooth experience. I would recommend his company to everyone.
