    Mark from Home Appliances came, however, they did call in advance to say that the time may be pushed back by about 30 minutes (which was cutting it tight for my own appointment that I had to leave to). Came at 4:20ish and done by 4:45 or so - he was professional, friendly, and informative. I was worried, but was able to make it to my appointment and the service was outstanding. Thank you to Mark and Advances Appliance! (Did I mention they were also quick to come?!)

    Fast response. Fast job completion. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars was because the service representative on the phone gave me a confusing quote which ended up costing me more money. Other than that, great job and will use them again in the future

    Actual repair of stove was fine, but I was a little put off by the aggressive nature of the exchange. They contacted me within minutes of my posting first through Homestars, then an email, then a text. And while I was composing a reply, they phoned me. All on a Sunday. I like enthusiasm but, really? They had a guy out same afternoon. He was polite enough but wasn't filling me with confidence while checking the appliance. Seemed apprehensive about getting the panels off and ended up losing two of the screws. He poked the meter in a few places, replaced the panels, pushed the stove back into place and only then did he state what the problem was. I had been standing right there and he could have shown me the evidence of the faulty board but didn't. We had to take his word for it even though he did such a quick assessment. Hopefully, he wasn't hosing us and the new board solves the problem. 90 day warranty - not a lot in our kitchen. The next responder on Monday offered 1 year warranty.

    The job was an install of a double wall oven. The technicians handled the task quickly, proficiently and professionally. The oven was installed as promised and is working well.

    Terrible Interaction

    I had issues with a new dishwasher, so I called these guys directly. They sent a tech over and he charged 150$ to turn my breaker on and off which they could have told me to try over the phone. It also didnt fix the problem. The tech was familiar with the symptoms Id described so they could have just came with parts ready to fix the appliance. Also, I booked the appt prior to the end of warranty, and this company failed to pass on this information to LG. This resulted in my warranty being void. I asked them nicely to rectify the situation but they said they cant deal with the manufacturer (after telling me they spoke to the manufacturer) I feel mislead by this company. Also they have sent me a cease and desist letter for leaving a negative but factual review. They have threatened others with similar legal action as well - according to other reviews. Update: After telling me my appliance is out of warranty, the manufacturer (LG) has told me that my appliance is under warranty and they are sending another company to repair it. Advance told me a mistruth to me about the warranty. Advance submitted NO service request to LG.

    Prior to booking, everything is explained, when you call to book a service you will be speaking to a representative not a technical support that can give opinion, you can do this searchin online if you want to DIY but because you called, we expect someone who knows how to read and write may and able to find this review page have already done something before calling, rates and price are all transparent, Your warranty is void if you don't follow warranty claim protocol , your review is bias and unfair and exaggerated towards your own claim, we dont send technician without proper confirmation and explanation, you agreed to terms and condition , the warranty is limited to other parts that is the related to the issue

    Install Range Hood
    Great work by Matt. He had to remove 3 range hood microwaves in two different locations and dispose one. Matt was on time and fixed all of it. When I had some minor issue with one of them, he came back to fix it.
