Edit 0 to 5 star Tech arrived and completed the job. Very nice and polite guy. Hard rate higher due to response time and communications. First contact was told 11 days until service call. Second contact less than a week from first I was assured parts were in hand and a service date was agreed to at 6 days out. That service was cancelled and follow up was 7 days later. Total 13 days or for the benifit of doubt 10 days from parts in hand (which I expect are locally available). Consider revising your webpage claims of same or next day service and 14 techs available. Also wonder if it was coincidence that you started replying to my today communications after I left a 0 star rating. *********' Slow on returning calls. Communication via text and phone only get auto reply. Tech cancelled appointment on Friday afternoon after waiting all day. Service set for following Friday between 2-4. 3:45 and still no call or response from office or tech.

The repairman was on time & the job was completed quickly & efficientlyjust thought it was expensive

Very disorganized, would not recommend. The manufacturer for my dishwasher reached out to advance appliance to book a warranty repair and they failed to book a service call with me. I had to follow up through the manufacturer after 3 weeks with zero contact. Then they made me wait at home all afternoon just to show up without the service manual, so they couldnt even work on the dishwasher. The technician admitted he didnt know what the issue was, but since its under warranty he said they would just order and swap out multiple parts. Then their office called and booked a time to come back 3 days later , but failed to show up or notify me that they werent coming. I called their office to find out where the tech was and they said they had no record of the appointment. Very frustrating and a total waste of my time. Even though my dishwasher manufacturer has coordinated for another appliance service to repair my dishwasher, Advance Appliance is still calling me. Joy from Advance Appliance told me you have to take down your review. So rather than learn from their mistakes and poor service, they are attempting to coerce dissatisfied customers to either removing their reviews or editing them to be doshonest and show their company in a more favourable light. Joy told me the parts they ordered are now in stock so I believe she was trying use them as leverage to have my honest review of their company removed. Do not trust their reviews, this company has NO INTEGRITY.
