    Eavestrough Repair

    Had a leak around my window, likely caused by an ice dam. Out of the several contractors I contacted Marcelo was the only one who responded. Marcelo arrived at the time he said he would and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He took the time to explain what the problem was and the work that would be involved to repair it. The work was done in a timely manner and at the price quoted. Throughout the process Marcelo was the consummate professional. Highly recommend.

    Roof replacement

    I recently hired MCBM to replace our roof. Marcelo and his team went above and beyond in terms of making sure everything was satisfactory. They are courteous, professional, and responsive. The price was competitive and provided with detailed estimate and honest pricing compared to other companies. The experience was excellent from the first phone call to the final completion of work in terms of workmanship. All the work was done efficiently within one day and the crew cleaned up meticulously. I would highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

    attic siding and capping

    Throughout the project, from the initial estimate, to showroom visit, to installation and clean-up, to post-installation follow-up, Marcelo and his staff were polite, pleasant, and professional. The work was done with great care and high quality workmanship. I have no hesitation in hiring them again for any future roofing services.

    New Soffits, Eaves & Siding

    Incredibly pleased with the job Marcelo and his crew did on my home! Updating our eaves and soffits was long overdue and was happy to find MCBM on Homestars as they also did siding. From day one, Marcelo was a true professional. He came and reviewed all the work we were looking to do, offered honest advice on how to best proceed and presented a competitive quote within minutes. His crew was friendly and thorough and whole job was done quickly with no trace of materials anywhere! They went above and beyond, from helping to cap an unused chimney to replacing the exterior light fixtures, and were immediately responsive and returned the next day to touch up some of the trim to ensure I was happy with the final results. I would highly recommend MCBM Roofing!

    Fast and Professional

    We live in a backsplit and recently had a yellowjacket problem. The wasps were entering through damaged flashing on the second story roof. We also had a bad bow in the soffit. The company that solved the wasp problem strongly suggested that we repair the damaged flashing as well as the bow in the soffit. Doing a search on HomeStars we decided to contact MCBM Roofing. I spoke with Marcelo on the phone and arranged for a meeting that same day to get a quote on doing the work. Marcelo arrived, and after using an extension ladder to reach the soffit, we agreed on a price and he quickly removed the bow in the soffit, screwed the flashing back into place not only where the yellowjackets had been entering, but in several other locations as well, and caulked the flashing opening so the yellowjackets could no longer enter. Throughout Marcelo was polite, professional and personable.

    Great service and reasonable price

    Our old roof started leaking into the house this winter and I needed an emergency repair. I called MCBM and Marcelo showed up within an hour to patch it up. He told me that the south-facing side of the roof needed re-shingling and that the other side was still ok, if I didn't want to replace it. I appreciated the honesty. He gave me a reasonable quote and we had MCBM do the job when the weather warmed up. Good crew, good results and left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

    Roof, Aluminum, Leaf Guard, Soffit Lighting

    These folks came recommended by my neighbour who have a business unit next to MCBM. A recommendation to me is worth more than any review and now I see why MCBM is so highly reviewed. Marcelo came out to have a look and put me in contact with WiredUp Electrical services for the Soffit lighting. The whole replacement took 5 days over a span of just 8 and 2 were the weekend. They even painted that decorative 'thing' at the peak of the front of the house. I never felt like this was going to take forever and every day, they cleaned up as if it was their last day...No shingle nails in my tires...that made me happy. The end product was like a total makeover and we couldn't be happier. I hope we still feel this way after a couple of years, but I am confident we will and if not, Marcelo will make it right.     Roof Repair

    MCBM Roofing did a great job tending to our roofing issue. We were able to contact them and they came right away to provide us a quote and managed to finish the urgent roof issue the very next day. The quote we were given was reasonable and they made sure we were satisfied in the end.
