    Roof and Fascia Repair

    Solarium maintenance… eavestrough guards…

    Great company! Prompt response friendly staff. Highly recommend! Would definitely use them again! Actually this is our second project they have completed for us!

    Gutter

    Cleaned gutters and checked the others and added two new gutter guards. Owner came, was a friendly guy and kept contact with me the entire time. I feel it could have been been much cheaper -250$. Happy its done by a professional though!

    Siding Installation

    Marcello and his team replaced a section of old cedar shingles with vinyl shingles. We were so pleased with the quality and professionalism of the work. We would give 15 stars if it let us! He was quick to respond and quoted fairly. It was immediately clear that this is not a company looking to cut corners. On the day, the workers were punctual, respectful and tidy. We highly recommend this company. Thank you Marcello!

    One 5hebmost reliable roofing company

    Marcello from start to end was one of the most knowledgeable experience contractor that we come a cross with. The way their team did my roof was a great workmanship and almost care We highly recommend this company to whom ever wants to their roof with peace of mind.

    Roof Repair and Counterflashing

    We called Marcelo as we were in the midst of an exterior renovation and wanted an old hydro pipe that went through our 1st floor roof removed. We were on a tight deadline. It was either have a roofing company remove the pole quickly and repair the roof or we would be forced to keep it. He picked up the phone and got someone to come and repair our roof the same day. With the help of our renovator, they all removed the pipe and MCBM Roofing Services and Contracting Ltd. put in plywood and roofing tiles to cover the hole. We also wanted counterflashing installed over step flashing on a tight deadline, and again, he got someone to come the next day and install it. We were very impressed with Marcelo and his crew's communication and professionalism. We are planning to use them again when needed.

    Skylights and roof replacement

    Marcelo is kind, precise and perfect. And his crew really shows the best results. The price is also reasonable and the explanation is really good. He did his job perfectly enough that I would gladly introduce him to my friends. In short, he is the best in this business.

    Aluminum capping garage, window and door caulking.

    The crew was efficient, did a thorough and excellent job and cleaned up everything before they left. The pricing was quite reasonable, and Marcelo was great to deal with. I would definitely recommend their company, and they will be the first I call when Im in need of any other services they provide.
