    Replaced eastrophes

    Excellent customer service reliable and reasonable price trustworthy I would recommend this company. I appreciate it that he could do my neighbours at the same time with the same problem

    Roof Vent Replacement

    I called Marcelo after strong winds had blown my whirlybird vent from my roof, leaving a gaping hole. As it was -10c and snowy day I wasn’t sure when this could be fixed. After speaking to Marcelo at 11am he assured me he could provide a fix ASAP - he was here at 12.30pm. He installed the solar vent with new shingle and took before and after pictures. Advising us to leave the other vent intact, no pressure sales. Our experience with Marcelo and MCBM roofing services was absolutely first class. Marcelo was super responsive and accommodative when we essentially had an emergency situation. Honest, proud to give the best service he can provide - as well as being a pleasure to speak with. Thank you sir. Would we recommend and use MCBM roofing services again? Absolutely.

    General Contractor Work

    We were looking for someone to renovate our home. This company came very recommended through a community group. We worked with Marcello and his work is amazing. What’s more important, he’s honest and had our interests at heart. He would make recommendations and give ideas regarding planing for what’s better. We absolutely LOVED working with him!

    Ventilation Issue

    I was referred to this company. My phone call was picked up immediately and after a brief conversation, Marcelo came around same day to analyze the issue and provide a quote. Super nice person, very thorough, knowledgeable, with a pleasant easy going personality and explained his work in detail, and what he believed the issue would be. No pushy sales, he left me a brochure for a solar roof vent by Canada Go Green and asked that I do my own research, think about what he suggested and call him with any questions. I returned the call to say I would like him to install. He came that day, answered all of my million questions, climbed up on the roof and installed my roof vent. Was in and out in no time. We talked about other services he provided and I have no hesitations to recommend him for all roofing and/or other projects around the home. I will be calling again shortly for other projects.     Roof eavestroughs and spouts

    Marcelo was extremely kind and came the same day I called him. He did all of the work for me at his minimum rate which is much less than other minimums for roofing companies that I researched. He made sure I was %100 satisfied that the drainage was directed well away from my house’s foundation and painted the new materials he supplied so they looked nice with the existing spouts. He answered my many questions and explained (with a sample so I could see) how the eavestrough functioned. Thank you Marcelo! Now I can sleep at night knowing my foundation is safe from water damage.

    Water build up in roof

    Siding, Eves, soffit job

    This is the second house that MCBM has done for us this year (they did our old house before we sold it) They have done fantastic work on both houses. The guys are efficient and knowledgeable and friendly. We have been extremely pleased with the work that they have done and would highly recommend them.

    Marcelo is Amazing!

    Marcelo is so fantastic to work with and so is his crew. They were very prompt and professional and very fair prices. I have already recommended this company and will be using them again in the spring for roof shingles repair/replacement. I would highly recommend this company, they exceeded my expectations.
