    Eavestrough, Soffit and fascia project

    Called MCBM for our project. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Marcelo, owner came personally to quote on the job. The price was right. Alex and the team were onsite for 3 days, did a great job, cleaned up every day and were very attentive to all details. Overall a great experience and our house looks great. More importantly, the products used are quality and the system is functional.

    Emergency roof repair

    Marcelo is very professional and knowledgeable. We had a roof leak and with all the snow he still attempted to look into our leak. I highly recommend this company as they care about their customers and put 110% into their work. I highly recommend Marcelo and his team!

    Shingle replacement

    Marcelo was extremely efficient and came a day earlier than anticipated which was great as I was worried about rain on the roof. Very professional and gold star customer experience. Thank you! Can’t recommend highly enough

    Small Roofing Job

    Marcelo came out to see our porch roof which needed replacing. He also checked the house roof which he recommended could wait a few years before replacing. His quote was reasonable, he was able to get to the job right away, the work was excellent. When he encountered more rot under the shingles than anticipated, he replaced that rafter too at no extra charge. We recommended him to friends and will call again when replacing our house roof.

    Roof repair

    The inspection was really fast and accurate. Repair has been done very fast. The price was reasonable . I have to mention another company told me I had to renovate the whole shingles which would have costed .e around 7k.

    Eavestrough Repair

    We had a great experience with Marcelo; he was prompt, professional and efficient. We appreciated his expertise and went with his recommendation to replace two eavestroughs that were damaged over the winter. Marcelo was able to source the materials on same day, and was back within a couple hours to finish the job. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Marcelo and MCBM again.

    Condo Renovation

    Extremely pleased is an understatement. My condo looks way better, I highly highly recommend this company. They’re also very professional, will definitely hire them again for any future projects.

    Water Damage

    Marcelo came right away, assessed the damage and gave me confidence the roof would get fixed. He found an error with how the roof was originally completed, fixed it and added other additions to insure no other problems. Marcelo is an honest and trustworthy roofer, I would recommend him to anyone needing anything done on their roof.

    Shingle repair

    We lost some shingles over a windy weekend and Marcelo was able to come fix it the next day. He provided an estimate up front and advised what conditions might cause the cost to be more than expected. He worked quickly and sent pictures of the replaced shingles and we paid the agreed upon flat rate. He also provided information about the current health of our roof and a timeline of when it should be replaced. Marcelo was very friendly and we would use MCBM again.
