    Fix Eavestrough

    Moved the downspout on the back of the house, changed the slope of existing eavestrough, capped the old downspout and added additionally eavestrough. Marcelo was quick to respond to our call, inspect the work needed, make a quote and get the job done in the time frame we needed. Very professional. Thank you.

    Shingles missing and examined cause of leak from dining room ceiling

    After a bad storm, tenants noticed me that there were puddles in dining room. I contacted Marcelo, explained the issue and he said he’d come out to look at it ASAP. He always ready to come that day, but I needed clearance from tenants. When he arrived 9n a prearranged date, he noted that caulking around window on 2nd floor was open causing the rain to get in. He caulked around it, also inspected the roof, noted shingles missing and replaced them too! Amazing service! Would definitely recommend him!

    Reliable company, fast work, right to the point

    Good work, great workmanship and well executed job. Marcelo, the owner is very professional and prompt. He was hired to fix a detached eavestrough but will hire him again soon for additional work items that we have pending. Highly recommended.

    Small Job

    Marcello did a great job on our gazebo and around the front door. It was a small job and I had given up on being able to get it done. He did it quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend.

    Downspout Repair

    Rain water was running down the walls of the house, not good! MCBM sorted it all out quickly and professionally. Much relief now.

    Emergency Roof Repair

    We woke up at 3:30am to the sounds of a leaky roof. We discovered that our roof was leaking and leaked into the ceiling of our kitchen, leaked down behind the wall and into our bedroom downstairs. It was unnerving to say the least. I found Marcelo through a Facebook recommendation so I took my chances and reached out to him. My first text to him was at 5:39am. By 8am he was at my house inspecting the damage. By 10am he was back and fixing the roof. By noon, he had finished the repair. I cannot express how thankful and how much I appreciate his quick action and turnaround on getting the repair done. Marcelo, you truly exceeded my expectations with your professionalism and kindness. I will rest easy now knowing there won’t be anymore leaks coming into the house. Thank you again.

    Whole house gutter/downspout replacement

    Had trouble with a previous roofer who did not fix my roof leak issue. Saw MCBM doing the roof across the street so I called them to see if they could fix it and also replace my gutters. Marcello was quick to come out the same day and provide a quote. He answered my numerous questions promptly. New gutters were installed without any issue and the team that did the work was very professional. Marcello came out after completion to make sure it was all done perfectly. Its very hard to find a good roofing company and I would say MCBM is the best I have found. Does not try to up sell or overcharge. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Excellent, prompt service

    Marcelo offers prompt response to requests, excellent service, and a thorough job. I would highly recommend this company for roof and eavestrough work. We had our gutters cleaned out and leaf filters installed.

    Eavestroughs and Downspouts

    I contacted MCBM Roofing Services on a family member's recommendation as I needed my eavestroughs and downspouts replaced. Marcelo was friendly and easy to work with. The crew arrived on time, did an excellent job including the clean-up. Everything looks great, would highly recommend!
