    Roof replacement

    To say they were fast is an understatement. The opportunity was there to start the next day. Within 3 hours, the material and the bin arrived. The next morning the crew showed up and finished mine and my neighbour’s roof in one day including chimney removal. Everything was very professional and clean. Marcelo arranged everything in no time at all and was the last one on site to finish up and personally verify the quality. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend MCBM Roofing.

    Roofing

    The team came and did an amazing job on my roof. They were quick and efficient. They came around 8 and finished by the early afternoon. Overall, I am very satisfied with the outcome and the service and would definitely recommend and rebook for roofing maintenance.

    Remove old shingles, install synthetic underlayment and ice and water protector, and replace them with 30 year warranty engineered shingles

    Marcelo was personable, friendly and honest from the get go. His crew did a great job but Marcelo still came to inspect the roof to make sure everything was done to his high standards. I highly recommend MCBM to anyone who needs any kind of roofing services.

    Eavestrough, Fascia, Soffit and Siding

    Marcelo and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. We had a great experience working with Marcelo and appreciated his thorough assessment of our project and honest suggestions. His crew did a great job and we are very happy with the end product.     Roofing Services

    Marcelo and his team were recommended by a neighbour on my street that was very happy with their roofing services. I was very impressed that Marcelo called me back quickly after I called for a quote and came by the same day. I was also impressed with the folder that he gave me with the quote. It contained details on how the job would be done, the materials to be used, clean up and information about the guarantee. The folder also contained information on the shingles to be used and a sample of the underlay. (The last time I had my roof re-shingled I got a piece of paper and a handshake.) My roof looks great and doesn't leak anymore! I highly recommend MCBM Roofing Services. Sandra in Newmarket

    MCBM Roofing Services and Contracting Ltd. is an amazing company and an absolute pleasure to work with. I used them for 3 different jobs and I was highly satisfied with their services. First off the owner Marcelo is not only a hard working guy but he is a great person. When I worked with Marcelo I felt like I was working with family. Him and his team perform quality work and they strive for customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied with all their work performed and they exceeded my expectations. Marcelo was great at providing me with solutions to my issues with different options to accommodate my budget. Pricing was always fair and quality of work was never compromised.     Eavestroughs, Downspouts and Leaf Guard Installation

    MCBM Roofing Services just completed the replacement of all eavestroughs, downspouts and leaf guard installation. We had a great experience, Marcelo promptly responded to our request for an estimate, he is very knowledgeable, honest and personable. His team were excellent, professional and courteous.
