    Brand new LG fridge

    Repair was done on warranty. Fast, reliable, professional! Very knowledgeable technician. I would highly recommend this company.

    Replaced compressor on 7-year old LG refrigerator

    Very pleased; with Ali, the Service Tech; took care to limit mess, informative, and seemed very knowledgeable; will definitely recommend ICare services

    Good communication. Excellent Technician

    Company has excellent communication - calling to confirm appointment, calling 15 minutes from arrival, to book follow up appointment once part received, and to check post-service. The technician was also friendly, knowledgable, and mentioned that he did additional research to ensure the part was correct for the model (as there was a question on this).

    Service kitchen range oven

    Service to my oven 4 times. Looks like on the 4th service call it may have been fixed. No fault of I Care but the manufacturer.

    Excellent service ,

    I bought an LG double oven stove 10 years ago, While cooking I heard a loud pop, the glass on top of the stove cracked. I called LG and was directed to ICare services. I paid a flat fee and the part took about 4-5 days to arrive, I was notified right away and the service man came the next day to install the stove top. He was very friendly, and efficient, excellent service and he took all the cardboard with him. He tested the stove with me while I was watching. Excellent, Excellent service... Thank you ICare....( can't remember exactly the amount , it was a flat fee)

    Service to built in microwave

    The light was inaccessible and required removal of the appliance. The technician was very knowledgeable and expertly did the reinstalling of the light and oven. He arrived on time.
