    Washing Machine Repair

    LG Washer Repair

    I would not hesitate to call ICare in the future. Ali is a true pro. Refreshing to see someone happy to help and who is invested in his work especially in a world with so many apathetic individuals. Ali took great care of his surroundings while he worked, came prepared with the new part and explained the issue. Ali also took the time to speak to us about how to properly maintain our appliance.

    Service Washing Machine

    I am very pleased with the entire process from the booking of the appointment and the service. The service technicians were very professional and qualified. They were careful with my equipment and the surrounding area, showed me the damaged part and fixed it. Works well and I recommend the company and personnel.

    Refrigerator Repair

    The technician arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. He mended the defect. He should follow instructions on the work order. The Fridge is still working. He did a good job

    Service for LG refrigerator

    Compressor was replaced which was under warranty. Paid the labour cost .very happy was done professionally. Thank you.

    Dishwasher repair awesome work. Timely responsive and reasonable!!

    dishwasher leak. Went onto HomeStars and heard from Stan within five minutes of posting my job online. And this was late at night like close to 10 PM unbelievable. He contacted me by phone - he followed up the next day and ordered a part. The following day out very polite and professional technician came out fixed the problem without installing a part that would’ve cost another $200. Awesome. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Ramesh

    Washer repair

    We received excellent service and daily communication regarding the part required for our washer. The technician was courteous, on time and very helpful. I’m happy to report that the washer was repaired and we will definitely use ICARE services again in the future. We highly recommend them.

    Washing machine service call

    My washing machine wasn’t working properly so I called iCare to book a service call. My neighbour referred them and said they were excellent. He was right! Stan was very professional and helpful in accommodating a next morning appointment for a two technician job. Ali and Alex were the technicians assigned and they were AMAZING!! They were knowledgeable, considerate and extremely thorough. They took their time explaining the diagnostic to me and offered helpful tips too! They went above and beyond ensuring the entire work area and clean. When I called the office to provide feedback, Sabrina was also very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this company!
