I had nothing but a positive experience with Dynamic. I did get a few quotes and found theirs to be very reasonable compared with other contractors. They came in on budget too. Even though we hired our own engineer, the process was still so easy on my end (even though there were some changes that needed to be made). Our inspection was easy breezy but only because they have the experience to do things like get photos mid job, save the materials bags, ect ect. The inspector definitely had questions and Raouf had all the answers, no problems! He has clearly been doing this long enough to anticipate what they want to know / see. It's really, REALLY obvious how much experience he has. He actually saved us from a few choices that would have ended up being far less ideal - both structurally and aesthetically. The crew was super professional, cleaned up after themselves really well and didn't damage anything. I also appreciated that even when I asked a lot of questions Raouf was patient and never once was condescending. That goes sooo far in my book! When you're spending a lot of money you really want to make sure that you can have open, direct communication and that you're in good hands. Would 100% recommend them in the future.

Raouf and his team are very professional. He came to our house to discuss our load-bearing drywall removal based on our approved permit. He gave us a fair quote and provided a timeline to start and finish the job. After extensive research, we decided to go with Dynamic Wall Removal due to their excellent reputation. We hired Dynamic to remove a load bearing wall for our kitchen renovation. Raouf was professional and extremely knowledgeable from our intial meeting. Given our finished basement, Raouf was extremely diligent and knowledgeable with the structural requirements and avoided further costs by not having to open up any aspects of the finished basement. Raouf and his team were artists ensuring everything looked amazing, even offering suggestions for next steps in our project and they kept our home as clean as possible considering it was a construction site we lived in. A friend who recently had their kitchen renovated was mesmerized and commented about the cleanliness of our home during the construction in comparison to their own experience. Raouf and his team arrived on schedule, and ensured that the project was completed on schedule. This was very helpful in planning out the next trades who were required to continue the renovation. The City inspection was quick and straightforward, and our renovation was able to continue in a timely manner just as promised by Dynamic. Raouf ensured constant seamless communication, and followed up after his portion of the project was complete to see how the rest of the renovation was playing out. This is a true testament to Raouf's dedication to his clients and willingness to go the extra mile. Raouf even provided contacts for trades that would be required for the ongoing phases of our renovation. We were grateful for this as we knew that Raouf's trust in these trades meant they would be reliable, perform well and ensure we were satisfied. I am extremely happy with the load bearing wall removal job done by Dynamic Wall Removal. I was more suspicious than usual prior to the start of the project because of the lousy experience I had with my previous contractor. My suspicion quickly disappeared after the first few interactions with Raouf. Raouf is very knowledgeable about structural work; he is organized, timely and responsive, qualities that are proving hard to find in contractors these days. He prepared me for what to expect when the job begins, he kept me informed about the status of the materials order. When the job started, Raouf and his crew properly sealed off the work area to prevent dust from spreading to the rest of the house and kept the work area clean at the end of each workday (even my wife made a comment about the cleanliness of the Dynamic Wall Removal crew). After the work is done, the city inspection went well without a glitch. I am very happy that I found Dynamic that is very experienced with structural work, believes in doing the job right and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Dynamic Wall for any load bearing wall removal job.

Raouf and his team were very good to work with. We purchased a home from out of province and they worked with us remotely in the beginning to help us identify our best options for maximizing space while keeping a sound structure to our new home. They completed the work on time and on budget and all of their team were very respectful and did a very nice job cleaning up. What made us even more satisfied that he connected us to a Cabinet maker to finish our kitchen and we are extremely happy with his service and price too. The price quoted was the price paid. Raouf and his team began the job on time. The team was careful to put up plastic sheets and fans to reduce the dust and dirt to other parts of the house. The job was finished in a timely fashion and the place cleaned up each day. Raouf read and followed the drawings provided by our engineer. Everything looks good!

Dynamic Wall Removal is the best structural contractor that I've ever worked with thus far. We came across DWR when doing research for load-bearing wall removal. Raouf was the one who took our call, and he made our project way easier from that moment on. At first, we wanted to have only 1 wall removed, but after consultation from Raouf, we got confidence to pursuit with bigger, bolder plan of 25 ft opening. Raouf helped us with the proper process that from following consultation from a structural engineer to completing the project flawlessly. His crew was also as professional as he has presented from the day we met him. Throughout project, DWR executed the plan with a perfect timeline, no delay or let any obstacles got in the way that could prevent them from performing top notch quality work. Overall, DWR in general and Raouf in particular, are very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I would 200% recommend DWR to anyone that I know for load-bearing wall removal.
