We recently had 3 load barring walls removed at our house and replaced with one new LVL and two new steel beams. Raouf and his crew were amazing! They completed the entire project one day earlier than expected and did not leave behind a single spot of debris or dust. Any obstacles along the way were addressed immediately with the correct course of action. They were extremely professional from start to finish while also helping guide other contractors at my house to relocate any electrical and HVAC. You can trust them all the way through!

From beginning to end, Raouf was a pleasure to work with. He was always responsive and professional. His price was competitive but his expertise was top notch. He went above and beyond taking down additional framing outside the scope of his project. His team was efficient but do not cut corners. They come with my highest recommendation.

We could not be happier with the results and process of our structural renovation! Dynamic opened up 3 rooms + a hallway into one large open-concept living area. Raouf was extremely professional, prompt and flexible. He is clearly very knowledgable about the structural field, and was able to explain everything to us in terms we could understand and feel comfortable with. He consulted us about every cut that would need to be made in our existing walls to ensure that he wasnt disrupting any of our future plans, and he worked with our electricians to make sure that their work was compatible/occurring in the right sequence. We were amazed at how speedy the process was. Pricing was more than fair - much better than other places we received quotes from. The job site was left tidy each day. Our city inspector was impressed by the work and we passed inspection easily. We trust Raoufs opinion and have consulted him on other structural questions that have come up as we continue to renovate our home. Three things that make Dynamic/Raouf Stand Out: 1. He was on the job site everyday (unlike other contractors that leave the work to more inexperienced crews) 2. Above and beyond - He noticed a joist not in scope was cracking and procured and installed an LVL within 24 hours. 3. On Time Completion - It took Raouf's team 2 days to get the work done. We had an unsightly wall breaking up our living room space and wanted to remove it, but realized it was load bearing and wanted an expert to take care of the job. Raouf and his team were really helpful in planning and executing our load bearing wall removal. When my husband and I discovered our home renovation would require structural work, we knew that hiring the right company would be extremely important. From the first point of contact Raouf impressed me with an immediate call back and requesting a site visit. He came to look at the potential project in person, which was a noticeable difference from other companies we have contacted right off the hop. He then provided us with a complete itemized quote and once hired continued to go back and forth with us with updates as far as timing and preparation. The price was reasonable, but it was his service-oriented nature that won us over. He also communicated directly with our engineer whenever necessary to discuss several changes that came once the work began. We had no choice but to lean heavily on his knowledge and expertise to recommend a solution that could satisfy the engineers requirements and also affordable. Dynamic Wall Removal helped us with removing 2 load bearing walls and replacing them with LVL beams. Rauf is so professional, very friendly and really organized. Structural work We are a busy General contractor company that mainly take on full renovation on Torontos Old homes. Raouf was a dream to work with. He was very communicative the entire process. As one can imagine, structural work and renovations can be anxiety inducing, but Raouf went above and beyond to ease my stress! He offered a fair price and was able to accommodate the timing of the project in conjunction with the other trades. Raouf and his team were respectful of our home and left the job site very tidy. The job was complicated as we live in a 100 year old house that was mostly being held together with scotch tape -- now I can rest assured that the house is structurally sound thanks to Raouf!
