    So pleased with my reno and excellent service!

    We are thrilled with our renovation and would not hesitate to recommend Dynamic Design! As it was a big renovation we moved out while the work was being done. Raouf and his team worked 10 hrs a day until it was completed so that he could meet our move-in deadline. The work included a complete gutting of the first floor, as well as modifying the 2nd floor. The project involved removing 3 load bearing walls, create a vaulted ceiling and adding a new exterior patio exit, also relocating the kitchen to a new location on the main floor (plumbing, electrical etc.) We were so impressed with the attention to detail throughout, and top quality finishes. From getting the city permit through to completion, Raouf was great to deal with, always kept us in the loop, very patient and highly knowledgeable. We highly recommend Dynamic DC for any major renovation projects!

    Structural renovation

    It was a pleasure to meet Raouf after some disappointing Homestar experiences. Though it was not a large project, he and Lucia gave it priority status, the work was done promptly, professionally and the end result exceeded my expectations. Would not hesitate to use Dynamic in the future.

    Roof Structure

    The roof on our back addition had a leak for some times and this had caused a severe damage to the roof structural I sent a request to Homestars and Raouf from Dynamic was quick to respond. From our first phone conversation Raouf was very transparent and understanding. In order to estimate the extent of damage caused by a roof leak, he explained I could save on costs by taking on some of the work myself which I am very appreciative of. After coming to assess the job and despite snow and rain coming into the winter, they were able to complete the replacement and framing of my roof within the week on short notice. In the end, I am completely satisfied with the results, They offered competitive pricing and I will definitely be reaching out for any future projects, great team to work with. Jimmy

    Renovation

    Raouf and Lucia did an excellent professional job on my in-laws home renovations … they wanted to ensure it was done just right so that not only would he be pleased but more importantly that they were . The project was completed on time, on budget, and to our total satisfaction. We would certainly use Dynamic Design again on future home projects . A pleasure to work with ….!

    Compromised Structure

    We had some structural issues that We were really worried about. We have sent a request through Homestarts and Dynamic wall removal was quick respond, despite his busy schedule Raouf came to see us the next day when you heard about our urgent situation. He explained to us what should be done and after acquiring the needed materials they were back in couple days to fix the problem. We are feeling safe in our house again thanks to Dynamic Wall Removal. Sandy / Jihad Etobicoke

    Load bearing wall removal

    The guys at Dynamic wall removal were amazing. We wanted to remove two major load bearing walls to open up the kitchen and the living area. Raouf explained our different options and soon after deciding on what needs to be done, his Engineer was on site. They delivered the project on time, on budget with all the necessary drawings, permits and final inspections. Because of his knowledge in large scale renovations Raouf could identify the potential difficulties with rerouting air vents and drain pipes. He asked to be in touch with our HVAC guy and plumber to come up with some good solutions, he made everyone’s life easier! This team is definitely at the top of their game. We are very pleased with the result! I would strongly recommend Dynamic for any of your structural needs.

    Bearing wall removal

    As part of our full renovations, we needed to remove 3 load bearing walls separating the kitchen from dining room and also the living room. We have decided to hire Dynamic DC over several other companies we had contacted mainly because of their reasonable pricing and also their flexible timing. They measured, ordered and install 2 massive steel beams and some LVL’s. the job was done on time and on budget! Before we knew it, the walls were removed, and the space completely redefined. City inspection passed easily. Raouf and his team took care of the water supply lines, drains and a HVAC line. We have already recommended Dynamic Wall removal to a friend for their major structural project, and they were pleased with the work too!     Renovation

    My parents and I had the pleasure of being introduced to Raouf at Dynamic Design and Construction by other members of our family who had testified to the quality of his workmanship. Raouf and his team completed 2 challenging renovation projects on time and on budget. Their work ethic, professionalism and attention to detail is exemplary. They went above and beyond to support my parents through these renovations particularly with the most recent one during a time when my mom was unexpectedly admitted to hospital. I can't say enough about their trustworthiness, kindness and quality of work. I highly recommend Dynamic Design and Construction for any renovation project from design concept to result.     Quality & Reliabily

    Started off with one bathroom renovation and it led to all bathrooms, to floors, to other areas, I was impressed by the quality of the work by both Raouf and Lucia. They are constantly pushing for quality, they do things the right way which is hard to find these days. They showed up everyday on time, worked odd weekends and holidays, they did everything possible to ensure the project was completed on time. Very reliable, kept things clean, will definitely do business with them in the future, great people.
